The staff are very rude, disrespectful and borderline obnoxious if you don't do exactly what they say. They want you to ride full speed out to their riding area, which is about 20 minutes away. It is NOT a one hour ride around and have fun riding at your comfort level. They give you zero opportunity to get comfortable driving the sea doo at an appropriate speed. One of the guides rode up beside me, yelled at me to go faster than the 25 miles per hour I was already doing, and then sprayed me in the face with his sea-doo. Another of the guides several times, drove up beside me, yelled at me to "pull the trigger all the way" and then drove directly in front of me. Oh, and if you are there to see the horses, don't bother, you can't get anywhere near close enough to see them. Don't think you are getting an hour to ride around and have fun on a sea-doo you are really only getting 20 minutes after a lot of verbal abuse.

Terrible customer service! Very disorganized! Somewhat rude. You should look elsewhere. The “family” running this has some drama going on and I fear they have taken their eye off the safety and support of their customers!

Prices were much different online. The person I spoke to said it recently changed owners and they did not update the prices. Even with s coupon, they were more expensive than other places. The only reason we planned to go with this place, is because it allowed an observer (you had to pay). It was $55 when I called but website said $40. Prices online for parasail were also more money.

We did the parasailing with our daughters and their other halves. It was so much fun! My only wish is that the ride would have lasted longer. We will definitely go again on our next trip!

Our family of 4 (kids 9 and 11) experienced parasailing for the first time with captain Mike. He took us to the Oceanside where we saw dolphins in the sea before being lifted up high in the sky to enjoy the beautiful skies, sea and land of OCMD. The experience was breathtaking and we felt safe the entire time and had a blast!
