Great time!

This is our 5th time renting jet skis from Action Watersports. Always a great time! Loved being able to book online and use the coupon. Staff (Bryson) was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great time all around

All around a class act. From the owner being extremely kind and accommodating at booking, to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, to the awesome guide for safety and driving tips, this was an overall great experience. Craig was a great guide. He made sure all 5 jet ski's were maintaining proper distance, he also rode along side boats in our riding area to make sure we were aware and protected. Jet Ski's ran great and a huge riding area to keep things interesting. Definitely got our money worth. Next time we decide to jet ski we will certainly return to Action Watersports!!

Great time!

We had a family of 5 with two teenage drivers. We rented 4 jet skis and were able to book utilizing an online coupon in a matter of minutes. We arrived the required 30 minutes prior to our ride time and were greeted by friendly staff. Our guide was great and in a quick (idle speed) ride through the channel we were out in the bay. We had a great time and loved the fact that unlike other places we have rented from we didn't have to spend a chunk of our ride time getting out to the area we could ride in. Will definitely come back!

We had 4 teenage girls jet skiing. The guide takes you out if the channel and then you are free to roam in about a 2 mile area. The guide actually encouraged the girls the “throw each other off” and told them how to do it safely. He also checked on them when he saw them in the water. They are in the channel (not the open ocean) so the water is calm and was 85 degrees. It’s also shallow in the channel. Two of the girls were stung by jellyfish when they ended up in the water. It’s no big deal. Just some mild tingling and it’s gone fairly quickly. They said there are no sharks in the channel (I suspect since it’s so shallow but that’s just a guess). Great time. Girls had a blast!

Favorite part was enjoying the bay at a fast distance. There is a 2.5 mile area to play in. Only downside would have been able to go afurther distance. Everyone was professional and you must show up 30 mins early to complete all the paperwork.

Fun in the bay!

We made reservations the night before for early Saturday 1hr jet ski rental. We arrived 15 mins early as they requested. My husband and 14yr old daughter and mother in law each had a jet ski. They had an online coupon for buy one get one rental 1/2 off. They filled out the paperwork and were the first ones to go on the jet skis that morning. They had a good time! Nice people

Discriminatory Customer Service

I booked an hour jet ski excursion for my sister’s bachelorette party over the phone. The day before the appointment, the employees told me that we had an hour window to come for our appointment since our original slot was early. When we went to the establishment we did not receive a warm welcome. The employees told us we now have a half an hour window to ride the jet skis. They rushed our paperwork and didn’t help us with the written test as they did with the guests that came after us. They also had us pay the same rate as the hour excursion for our now 30 minute ride. Although we had fun on the skis, the customer service was given to us in a discriminatory fashion. I would never come back to this company again.

Awesome!

Took my 2 daughter’s (ages 17 and 11) for an hour ride at 2pm. Olivia was super nice and answered all questions I had. She even honored the website coupon of $15 off the $85 rate without a print out.

Also, our guide, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and assistive during the entire hour. My girls and I had a great time, despite the jet ski tipping over at the end. Eric was there within 1 min of this and assisted us in climbing back on and towing us back into the dock area because my eyeglasses fell off and I couldn’t see.... :-(

I’m bummed about my eyeglasses, but the ride itself was a fun experience to share with my girls and the staff was super nice! I’d recommend coming back!
