For $3 you can go end to end of boardwalk

We wanted to see the boardwalk but not walk the whole thing. We paid $3 each and were able to ride it all the way to the other end. It does stop a lot to drop off or pick up other... read more

I'm hoping it was just the time we tried the tram but it was useless for us. We stopped every 100ft, for an average of 2-3 minutes each time. The last time it stopped with us on it, we had waited 10 minutes. We finally got off and walked. Its supposed to require exact change so I don't know how... More

As most boardwalks now have this type of service, we found this one expensive. Just to go from 9th to 21st for dinner, for 5 of us, round trip, it was expensive. If parking were not such a big issue, we would have driven but chanced losing our spot. So, if you're tired at the end of day, have little... More

The one thing that annoyed me about the tramcar is that the horn they use to alert people that were in front of it. It's the worst I've ever heard it sounds like a dying seagull. They used a regular horn from time to time but I noticed that they don't give people enough time to move out-of-the-way. When you're... More

We wanted to see the boardwalk but not walk the whole thing. We paid $3 each and were able to ride it all the way to the other end. It does stop a lot to drop off or pick up other people, but overall it was nice. It wasn't bumpy or noisy. Nice way to beat the heat. You can't... More

This team car is ridiculous! They need to learn a thing or 2 from the tram car in wildwood! You can and probably will wait 45-hour sometime for a team car to come by, THEN when you get on it it takes FOREVER to get anywhere because it stops randomly wherever tom let the passing car by or pick up... We got on the tram and there were so many unnecessary stops it took us an hour to go 25 blocks. If I could have walked it I would have jumped off. The lady on the back of the tram wasted a lot of time talking to the people as they were getting on, or paying, giving food advice etc...... More

Our family of 4 paid for the 20.00 ticket. My wife and daughter were not expecting to have to walk most of the night so they wore dress shoes since we were taking the tram. Sat behind the motor car on a hot muggy night and were getting sick from the fumes. Never again. Get to the first destination to... More

Great way to see all the stores and hotels along the boardwalk...even my 8 yr old grandson loved it. It lasted just over an hour and was so enjoyable . The board walk is 2.5 miles long and there was lots to see. If u go before 4:00 , u can get on and off without paying extra but we... More

The boardwalk tram is great when you're tired and just want to get back to the hotel and relax. Friendly folks working on the tram, and it's usually pretty quick, although one day we waited 30-minutes for one to pick us up (but that was the exception). Very helpful that they've added credit card machines, and punch cards (to avoid... More

I usually walk the boardwalk from end to end and back, but after several years of watching this tram rolling by I finally decided to try it. It was a great experience and gave me views of beach, ocean and the buildings that I had never seen before and it also is a unique way to "people watch" because about... More
