Great place to have lunch on a hot summer day!

Everything I have ordered from this outdoor waterfront location has been great! Great views of the river and marina also!

By the marine, decoy museum, or lighthouse entry is easy and the stroll relaxing. Remember - no pets - as a courtesy to other folks out for a stroll. Great view of the upper bay and mouth of the Susquehanna river. Remember not to feed the wild ducks or geese.

Be aware, they don't allow dogs on the walk way. Leads to a lighthouse, which is also near the decoy museum.

We walked the entire wooded promenade on a sunny warm day with a cool breeze. Many other people walking in front or behind us. We greet each other when passing, It reminds me of the older days when every one was friendly and greeted each other. I recommend this area to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy nature.

This is a beautiful walking path along the Chesapeake and the wetlands. There's lots of informational plaques with information about the war of 1812 and the different creatures who live in the wetlands. It's very well maintained with lots of very convenient parking!!! I would highly recommend stopping for a stroll.

As far back as I can remember, this is the place to go. Walk the boardwalk over the water, see the lighthouse, play at the park, eat at the promenade grille.. it's a nice way to spend the day. It's always clean and there seems to be something going on in the area all the time. If you want a... More

We walked along the promenade the morning of the 4th with another couple. I enjoyed the tidbits of history that were posted along the promenade. The scenery is pretty pleasing, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I wish it was longer, but the view makes for a nice leisurely stroll on a comfortable day (we lucked out an had perfect... More

Beautiful views both on/across the water and on-shore, like the historic Bayou Condominiums. The shoreline is well kept and very nice, and someone is maintaining decorative bushes and plants in the area near the lighthouse. There is plenty of waterfowl to be seen, including a number of blue herons which seem to be common in the area. The walk is... More

The promenade is delightful! We walked on it both evenings we were there. Take the time to sit along the promenade to view the birds and the boats. Particularly nice in the evening.

A very lovely place to walk along the Chesapeake. The boardwalk is kept nice and clean and it's long enough to take your time and just look at the beautiful boats going by. Passing the Concord Lighthouse and also enjoying people watching
