What a little treasure so close to the downtown area. Free parking, a beautiful boardwalk, historical information along the walkway, beautiful views of landmarks and the shoreline. Take an hour or so and do this walk and then reward yourself with some ice cream when...More

a nice place to stroll, but i would not make it a destination nor build my vacation around it. we are active and this is really for a stroll, or to sit down and people watch.

Havre de Grace is a hidden gem along the I95 corridor!! The promenade view at the end of the town is stunningly beautiful and almost perfect, except for the fact that no pets are permitted on the boardwalk. Be sure to take lots of photos,...More

I usually take time to go for a walk on the Promenade for the exercise and for the natural scenery. The people who are there are always friendly and exchange greetings.

We loved our stroll along the boardwalk on this sunny fall day. Enjoyed reading the informative signage about shore wildlife. Stopped in at the gift shop in the Decoy Museum. Too bad we didn’t have time to visit. One other museum along the path, too....More

It is a nice stroll on the waterfront. The night we went it was very buggy. It was also under construction at one end. If it wasn't so buggy it would have been a beautiful night for a walk.

Great place to take a walk. Playground is a hit with the kids. The promenade grill has great food, makes you feel like your sitting at the beach. I love the burgers.

This promenade is a hidden gem off of i-95. What a great place to come and stretch your legs on the shores of the Chesapeake. You may even find yourself learning a bit about the martial history of the area.

No shopping on the promenade. Just boardwalk along the Susquehanna river. Shopping in town, you can walk to it.
