Hey So went to the zoo farm today with 2 little ones and the grandparents and I found it very expensive for what we got so I'd recommend maybe put the price down for winter, it was good seeing animals you can't really see in our country and good little info boards for each animal but I think animals look... Went on a dismal February day but there was still a lot to do for our granddaughter. The majority of animals were inside but still visible, and there is a broad range to see. The live animal show was informative and very polished. The highlights were the indoor play areas, ball pools, slides, tractors etc. A massive range and good... More

First impressions, very expensive entry charge, currently impacted by Avian flu restrictions and winter maintenance, as a "zoo" very poor, maybe ok as a petting zoo/ adventure play for under 10's but almost a complete waste of space as a serious zoo easily my leat favourite zoo I have ever visited, will not bother returning.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. We have over 100 different species of animal, as well as the indoor and outdoor play areas, and shows and talks every half hour, so there is still plenty to see and do for all. All of our animals are on view to the public, including all... More

Loads for kids to do with lots of play areas for all ages mixed in with the animals. Cafe is small but there are plenty of picnic places too. Lovely to see the elephants and bears have so much space, and other areas are obviously being expanded, but a few could do with modernising and a bit of an overhaul.... More

We took out Grandson for the day. He really enjoyed it. There are lots of animals to see. We looked at the Brown Bears, the poor thing wanted to touch the fence, but he knew if he did he would get an electric shock. It was quite sad to see him putting his paw out, but stopping just before the... More

Well we went on an absolutely freezing day. It was actually still rather impressive. We had a full day looking at the animals and playing inside on the slides. The Animal show was appropriate for the size of the audience and the opportunities for the children to get up close with the animals was good too. I would have liked... More

You get close to the large animals living there . It is interesting watching the animals at play or eating. It's good to watch the giraffes and elephants in their houses on a cold day. The grounds are well kept and clean,as are the toilet facilities . The large play areas ,both inside and out, are an added attraction for... More

Went here with my partner and 9 month old son. The animals and attractions were really good including a very up close look at the big cats and the spectacled bears were very active climbing trees and play fighting which was amazing to see. All the animals have nice big habitats however the reptile selection was a little small. My... More

This place is expensive to enter, especially if your taking the Familly, very expensive. The grounds are nice for a piknik, and the Tiger enclosure is impressive. The Kids will love the Meerkats, and the staff are helpfull and friendly, so worth a visit, but take your credit card...
