We saw the leaflet about this place in Cardiff Bay, and thought it looked interesting, we don't have children but love animals and taking photos. So whilst on our holiday in Somerset we paid a visit. Lovely big car park to start with, we got there as the place opened, and we were offered animal and bird food £1 a... More

We took our 2 young girls here today (a bitterly cold Saturday) for a fun day out. We've been before, so knew what to expect in terms of layout and attractions. We were not prepared for a £52 family ticket. That is not cheap. I'm not cheap either, but that's crazy. We headed straight for some lunch in the understaffed,... More

We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent visit to Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm. Considering the range of exotic animals that we have here and the cost of comparable attractions, we consider ourselves to be good value for money. However, I am sorry to hear that you do not agree. We are a Christian organisation... More

Wow! Never knew this place existed and we live 20 minutes away!!!! Costs abit more than Bristol Zoo unless you got the good value family 2 plus 2 day ticket. The range of animals here is fantastic and makes Bristol an amazing place to see what you would normally have to travel miles to do so. Love the big animals... More

We had a lovely day out with a 2 year old and a 6 year old. All the animals were brill but the area by the piglets and the indoor monkey part absolutely stank. I know that it's a zoo and animals smell but this was very bad. I am a zoo lover and go regularly to zoos. Also, the... More

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you all had a great day! Our pigs and monkeys are cleaned out daily although with these animals it is impossible to avoid some odour. We are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our guests and have passed on your comments regarding the cafe and play area. We... More

Just visited for the first time and wow is such a good day out. All the animals are really cared for and their enclosures are massive. So many play areas here as well as animals so plenty to do. Wanted to try the massive maze they takes average of 70 mins but after entering soon realised was flooded and boggy... More

We visited today and was so pleased we chose here instead of Bristol zoo or Puxton Park. All the animals were beautiful, in great condition and noticeably well cared for. We had lunch at the cafe, this was lovely and tastey and hot! We had one under 2 and one 8 year old and they both really enjoyed their day... More

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is a really nice place to spend a day with family. There are many different species to see - one of our favorites was the meerkat exhibit. All of the animals are healthy and are well taken care of. The food at the café was good and plentiful. The maze was challenging!

Have been here a few times before so knew what to expect. Loads of big animals / lots of different animals, all nicely spaced out. We didn't receive a feeding timetable which would have been helpful as we had no clue what time any of the shows or feeding times were and therefore didn't see any. The bears were a... More

We have visited lots of times over the years & have never been disappointed - always a fantastic day out & enjoyed by all - great value too. Definitely worth getting in early to fit everything in & if you have kids, don't forget a change of clothes for after the welly splash area at the end.
