Came here for company Christmas party. There was quite a bit to do but the service for our drinks was woefully slow. About 45 minutes to get our drinks served. After that it got a bit better. We has a buffet which was well ... you know ... a buffet at a entertainment place. A solid 5 out of 10.
The place is Huge with lots to look at and do. Since our company is mostly singles I think that worked out well however the couples would have much preferred a nice restaurant and conversation over the literal bells and whistles of Stratosphere Social - Now it's "Been there ... Done that!"

First time visit was pleasantly surprised by how good the axe throwing was and opportunity for corn hole afterwards. Limited food offerings, which tasted good, but for two of us the food took way too long. On friend's nachos literally came about 90 minutes late with no real apology and no comp. Also, if you look over 40 , you should never be carded for alcohol. Failure to really manage by asking your servers to ID every single person is not customer friendly.

The price is expensive: $10 for 30 minutes which is about all a 6 year old can take...

Details:
- there is a water cooler but you need your own container
- crowded on weekends (not great for little, little kids)
- they have lots of staff monitoring crowds and safety
- when you come in you have to put in all of your data (email, address, phone all required) to sign off on the online liability form; we put in fake names and paid cash
- if you have a small child you should keep them company (there are lots of older kids around)

We would come back again...but it is expensive for a brief amount of fun. Bring lots of water, it is a workout.

My three brothers and myself went to the Eldersburg, MD place to throw axes. We have never done that before. The charge was $20/person for 30 minutes. When we were finished with the brief training and safety part, we were assigned to only one lane for throwing, which was OK since we were together. After thinking about the charge, we felt we should have been charged for the LANE not per person, or allowed 90 minutes to play. If I came by myself, I would have paid $20 for the 30 minutes, but would have thrown the entire time. In our situation, we only thew 1/3 of the time. Your pricing is NOT fair and we will never visit your place again.

We came on a weekday during spring break. It was a one price play for 4 hours type of deal. Got drinks at the bar, threw axes, bowled, played video games (no tickets are awarded when included with the package) and played corn hole (I think this cost extra.) I’ve also been here just to throw axes and for trivia night, which is well-run, but crowded.

Do not ever go here to bowl. Either the shoes were terrible or the lanes were. We could not slide at all. We tried to brush our shoes but still could not slide. We got so frustrated we decided to leave. The employees told us we weren't supposed to slide. Ridiculous. We got our $30 back but they kept our $25 for shoes. Obviously they know nothing about bowling as all we got were excuses.

Great place to spend some quality time with your friends, kids, loved ones. Nice people, cool atmosphere, awesome food, modern equipment. Specifically Grand Thank You to Bryan, who served the food and drinks to us during out visit. Great guy provides very friendly and professional service.
Their food deserves a separate special thank you. There are large amount of restaurants in the town, but I have to admit that Stratosphere's food is one of the best in the neighborhood so I'd like to say a special Thank You to the Chef and everyone involved in food preparation.
We had a great time in Stratosphere and lovely bowling.

It's not a trampoline place anymore. Bowling, arcade, virtual reality games and theater. Along with great food, service and a fun family-friendly environment. Staff was incredible, along with being compliant to COVID requirements and absolutely better then most places. Owner talked to us and appreciated our business. Sykesville and Eldersburg should be happy and proud to have such a cool place in our community. I'm going to let everyone I know about Stratosphere.😁😁😁

Drove 90 minutes to go here as my two boys enjoy jumping and playing dodgeball and have been coming here since this place opened. When checking in, was asked if they were doing the warrior course and I advised them no, just the regular jump. The teenage girl behind the counter advised that they still needed to purchase the new socks with grips on the bottom. When I asked why because we never had to purchase them before she immediately got very irritated with me stating it was policy. I mentioned that just a few months ago when I came, we didn't have to purchase them unless the boys did the Warrior Course. I politely asked for her manager and she rolled her eyes and another teenager who was the same age and said she was the manager. At that time, I asked for the owner. He said he was sorry but that they were only teenagers and that expectations shouldn't be that high of them?!? Really, that is an excuse? I have never been disrepected by an employee at any other establishment.
Due to horrible customer service and an incompetent owner, I will NEVER come back and will advise others to avoid this place. Fun place for the kids to play but the staff and management are horrendous!!! Note to owner, take some accountability on who you hire and recognize that customers will make or break your business.

I have taken my kids here several times and also had a double birthday party last February. I think they have become way too money hungry and thats kind of a shame. They added a new warrior course which you need a separate ticket for, you have to buy THEIR socks and you cannot bring anything from the outside. I was told i could not bring my own bottled water. Brought four kids for two hours and between socks, drinks, snack(dippin' dots) and tickets i spent $200. Thats crazy. I also paid $1000 for the birthday party i did there and was also expected to tip the obviously overwhelmed teenage party coordinators. We had over 40 kids in attendance and i did not feel they were equipped to handle that many kids. I was finding myself tracking them down for jump bands as kids arrived. It was very hectic. I do feel that they should always have an adult present on staff as every time we have been there its always teenagers. One other thing to note. When we did the party, i was given two free one hour jump tickets to use at a future date. When i tried to use them for our two hour trip they refused. I figured they could just charge me for 1hour for 2 of the kids but they would not. I thought that was a little ridiculous.
