I absolutely love this place, needed a 30 amp twist lock to 3 prong adapter, they loaned me one from maintenance. Didn't charge $40 to buy one, just handed it to me. Can't wait to this covid B.S. is over and they open up the shanty everyday. Going to get a slip boat and become a local. No more little towns with good service, in this land of walmart. The shanty staff is on point, awesome food and great prices.

The marina is large and well maintained with plenty of dockage and parking for visitors. The pool is large and it and the bathhouses are always very well kept. Labor Day weekend it is the site of the town's Crab Derby and festival, which is small town fun at its best. The marina should consider renting bikes to make it easier for boaters to get the local restaurants and downtown. Also an ATM would be a good idea as there isn't one within walkig distance of the marina. THen there is the fact that it is located adjacent to the crime-ridden public housing projects. A BIG fence separates the projects from the marina, but the sights and sounds are off-putting.

Clean, tons of fun people and within walking distance to everything. Plus, the seafood and festivals are always great.

Dear Boaters,
While Somers Cove is an outstanding marina, the management is excellent, beware of their cancellation policy for special events.
Our boat club had 12 boats heading to Crisfield for Labor Day. We all called in and made reservations in advance and were told that the deposit was non-refundable, which is a 1 nights stay. Well, as we all know Hurricane Hermine came to visit. Beyond our control, we all cancelled due to the forecast of 50+ mph winds and just common safety reasons in crossing the bay. Somers Cove maintained their cancellation policy and no one was given a refund or even credit for another visit.
Ok, Somers Cove, keep our deposit, but in the long run, this has given your marina a black eye. It's not just our club of 70 boats that cruise your waters, it's an organization of over 1000 boats that will think twice before booking a reservation at your marina.

We stayed for two days at this marina. Reasonably priced. They have everything a cruising boat would need - fuel, ships store for those items you forgot to bring along, dog walking area, children's playground, shaded and unshaded picnic areas with grills, on-site Red Shell Shanty for subs, sandwiches, lite fare, pizza, quesadillas and salads, immaculate showers and bathrooms, clean and efficient laundry facilities, lovely large pool, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive staff who met us promptly at the dock and helped us tie up. The whole site is very clean and well maintained. Restaurants are in walking distance. There is a lovely little gift shop on Main Street. We really enjoyed our stay.

We truly loved our stay at this marina. The staff is simply the best. They made us feel like family the minute we arrived. Tom, is by far, the highlight of our stay in Crisfield. He went above and beyond accommodating us and making sure we had an excellent experience in this city. He shared his knowledge of crabbing and taught us everything from catching to cooking them up Maryland Style! This is one of my highlights from our travels around the waterways and America's Great Loop!
The facilities are excellent, floating docks, plenty of grass to walk/run your dog, large and beautiful restrooms which are newly remodeled and top-notch, facility is gated and secured, and walking distance to everything here. We loved it so much, we stayed several days longer than planned so I can catch some crabs!

I have been going to Somers Cove Marina for years. The bathrooms are always clean, the service is good and we love the pool when we get a chance to use it. Some of the new floating piers are really nice. We always love our week at the marina.
