Life, Vitality, Nourishment Situated in a place where the salt water of the ocean meets the fresh waters of its surrounding rivers is a spa called Sago. The Chesapeake Bay's importance has been reflected in one of the early names that was given to it - "Mother of Waters". The rise and flow of this tidewater has long had an effect on the livelihood of Maryland's Eastern Shore. Sago has managed to capture the bounty of this great land and deliver to our guests what this great bay has delivered to its people... Life-energy & revival Vitality-ageless & renewal Nourishment-hydration & restoration.

I recently went here with a friend to have a spa day. I got a massage and she got her hair done. We got there early to check in and use the steam room and sauna. There is no access to any whirlpools or pool or outside seating. They have a serene seating area (if people aren't talking) where you... More

Have used this Spa on more than one occasion while visiting the Cambridge Hyatt. The Spa is comfortable and clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. A number of Spa services are available and can be found on their website. The locker rooms are nice and a sauna or steam shower is included with the Spa fee. The front desk varies,... More

Soo I had a bad experience at the hotel that houses this spa but I will consider returning because of this place! What makes it so great? Well besides the wonderful treatments I had it is the people! From Kim at the front desk to the woman who takes care of the locker room (I am actually drawing a blank... More

My 90 minute massage by Heather was exceptional. The spa was clean inviting and equipped with everything that is needed to pamper. The check in staff was gracious and personable . I recommend this beautiful . Upscale spa to all who are looking to decompress and relax.... My friends massage was by Joyce . She was a seasoned therapist and... More

I had heard good things about the Sago Spa & Salon, so I scheduled to get my hair done. Given the fact that I was going to a high end (very pricey) salon, I had fairly high expectations. I've been to salons where they offer complimentary wine, but not so here. There was no music playing, and it really felt... More

I experienced a facial here while staying at the Hyatt for business. The spa staff were nice and customer service very good, Many places to relax, make sure to leave time to do this, I did not. My facial was only so so. I don't know the woman's name. Despite me saying I wanted to purchase a few of the... More

I have a back problem so I regularly get massages, so I know a good massage. While on our 5 year anniversary getaway at the Hyatt, we decided to try the spa. I got a massage and my wife got a manicure. We knew the prices were expensive compared to other places I go, but this was a resort so... More

My husband and I just returned from a weekend getaway at the Hyatt. Sago is the spa on grounds and has been recently renovated. Both myself and my husband enjoyed our massages and the individual relaxation areas before and after the massage. I did not give a five only because the co-Ed area is limited to a couple of wing... I enjoyed a 1 hour massage from Kelly at Sago. The spa itself is very nicely laid out. It is also very quiet which is great for a relaxing massage. The mens locker area has a sauna, steam room as well as showers, etc that are available to use to anyone who books a treatment. After my massage I alternated... More
