Harford Mall is a small mall compared to White Marsh Mall in Baltimore County. The selection of stores has decreased substantially, Macy's is still its anchor. Lived in this county since 1978, so seeing what the mall once was with a variety of shops, is today bleak in comparison. Where once there were three jewelry stores, now is only one. In addition to Victoria Secrets, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Yankee Candle and a small variety of other stores and eatery places that's about it. I understand Sears will be torn down to build an attached strip mall. Hopefully, a good variety of stores will get on board and encourage new shops inside the mall as well.

Went here with the family to visit the Easter Bunny. Lines were short, however this mall is so run down. This was also the same week as the "Home Show"... which meant a bunch of salespeople at tables throughout the mall trying to sell you stuff. It was horrible... some wouldn't take no for an answer and we just kept walking.

There is actually nothing to do here. All stores are either bankrupt or closed all the time. No good food, no good place to hangout, nothing to do. A stain on Harford County grounds.

I have lived in Bel Air for 10 years and our little mall just keeps getting better. Despite it's small size, It has just the right stores and restaurants to please people of all ages and tastes. Note to those whose choice of exercise is walking; Harford Mall opens daily at 7am. It is a safe, climate controlled environment to walk and window shop before the stores open at 10am (11am on Sunday)

This mall used to be amazing and had more go-to fashion stores. Everything lately has been going downhill considering they’re closing down shops one-by-one and replacing them with small businesses you’ve never heard of. The only mainstream shops left are...
Fashion: Victoria’s Secret/PINK, American Eagle, Spencers and Hot Topic (If you’re into that kind of thing), Journeys and Shoe Dept., and any jewelers if need be. (Maybe you’re getting engaged or looking for a nice gift?)
Food: They have restaurants like Qdoba, Bonefish Grill, Pure Raw Juice, and you would NEED to visit the Pretzel Twister. They have the BEST pretzels.
Other than these stores, you’re going to find a nail salon, your general retail shops like Sears or Macy’s. There is a Best Buy and pet store across from the mall and luckily you’ll find an ULTA makeup store nearby. There are also plenty of coffee shop and food choices in the area, but can’t we all agree that it would be nice to have a nicely condensed mall like the old days??? We’re causing all this traffic and tearing down more trees for no damn reason. I rate this mall poorly because it’s just not as comfortable or nicely designed as it used to be. It’s really just a convenience, but it surely won’t be for too much longer.

We used to live in the area and stopped by the mall while waiting to meet some friends. Unfortunately, there's not much to it. The strip malls nearby have a better variety of stores. There are some decent restaurants on the outside.

Nice clean mall, but lots of empty storefronts- a few inexpensive places to eat, a Macy's anchor store- but pretty empty overall.

Nothing is really even if this mall anymore. Nothing really to shop for there. I highly do not recommend.

This mall is the center for Bel Air shoppers. Sears and Macys are the “big” draws and both are rumored to be leaving. The mall is always clean and well lighted. My wife likes to walk there in the morning and Friendlys is half price until 11:00.

Harford Mall is nice, it would do better with a different choice of stores. My personal opinion is that the stores in the mall are not exactly an attraction. With Sears and Macy's as the book ends, this mall just doesn't seem very busy.

What time does the mall open for walkers
Written April 26, 2021
What is the distance if I walk all the way around the inside of the mall?
Written August 26, 2015
It is about ¾ of a mile if you walk down every hallway all the way around the interior of the mall.

Yes we do. The wheelchairs are free of charge, and can be picked up in the mall office-while the office is open. We ask the customer for a driver’s license to hold while they are using the wheelchair, and the license is returned when the chair is brought back.
