Harford Mall is nice, it would do better with a different choice of stores. My personal opinion is that the stores in the mall are not exactly an attraction. With Sears and Macy's as the book ends, this mall just doesn't seem very busy.

As I recall, it's a small mall compared to say the ones in Baltimore, but noice place to hang out if you live in the Aberdeen-Bel Air areas. Great for an emergency type purchase versus traveling to White Marsh, 40 minutes away.
