Yarmouth is a walker's paradise with paved, easy to negotiate paths along the river and through town. Dogs on lead are always welcome and it is expected that you will pick up after them!

This is a wonderful walk along the Royal River. There are historic markers of old mills and several sets of pretty waterfalls. Park is between river and village so anywhere you go is going to be fine. Good food along the way too!

This is a great place to take a little stroll. Has some good views of the river as well. Plus you can take your dog along with you.

I love taking a stroll in this park and in the summer attending free outdoor events. It is a great place to walk with friends and gaze at the Royal River. Historical markers share interesting information about the history of the area.

This park has a lovely walking path that follows the Royal River. It is tranquil and quite lovely, great for walking alone, with family/friends, and with pets on a leash.
