All good things must come to an end
Oct 2021
I have been buying from Beths for years.
This year, ordered canning tomatoes on website. The items showed in stock and available.
Got to store, no canning tomatoes. all out. Nice.
I realize its late in the year but Beths has hoophouses.
I also realize that help is hard to find.
Still no excuse for me driving 45 minutes each way, with no tomatoes.
No longer a fan of Beth Farm Market. Also, no longer a supporter.

Farm market that's very different than your typical farm stand.
Sep 2021
They have a LOT of produce, bin after bin after bin. It's a huge, dark place and congested with bins. Their baked goods didn't impress me. Right now they're focused on fall items -- loads of pumpkins, apples, mums, Indian corn, cider. I bought some of their Honeycrisp apples that were pretty good. They also have barrels of 'sample' apples of different varieties that you can try. Their prices were very reasonable compared to several farmstands that I've been to. It's not easy to find from Route One -- you have to pay attention to all the posted signs and arrows!

Afternoon visit

Great farm mkt but gave 3 stars due to homemade pies. Crust a big dome but beware hardly any filling, mostly crust. Very disappointed, won’t buy pies again

Veggies, fruits & baked goods! Even Lobsters! Everything beyond expectations!
Sep 2020
Beth’s Market is full of fresh vegetables, incredible baked goods, and more! I really can’t say enough good things Re: what food is sold there! I gravitated to the Strawberry Shortcake which was sized large enough for 2! I had never seen carrots that aren’t orange but I did at Beth’s! This market is ready for Fall as there’s a huge pile of pumpkins to choose one from, to buy. Along the way to this store, we saw the real pumpkin patch! We ate our desserts outside on picnic tables next to vintage cedar trees! There’s a sweet playground that had large truck tires for kids to climb on, tractor seats for chairs & swings with rope, similar to what were made prior to commercial swing sets. All in all, Beth’s is a “must stop” for the whole family when near Warren, Maine or heading to the coast!

Took our teen grandsons for a first time experience in a corn maze
Oct 2019 • Family
It’s $10 per person which was more than we thought it would be. There are some rules so be sure to read them. This includes a hay ride to the corn maze and enjoying the maze. At this late time in the season the corn maze was messy with lots of downed corn stalks. The grounds aren’t level and after some recent bad weather muddy in some places. Overall a fun day. If we lived here I would be buying produce and fruit from here all the time, it looked wonderful.

Great Produce
Sep 2019
We always make a beeline to Beth's whenever we are up in this region of Maine. The produce and the variety of vegetables is outstanding. We always end up buying loads of garlic here, but unfortunately we were a bit late this year and the selection was not as good as in previous visits. This was made up by the wonderful variety of apples available (you can sample different ones) and other fruits and vegetables. We love the yellow beets, yellow carrots and purple carrots. We always buy cheese, some kind of pastry (they are all good) and several varieties of squash (an incredible assortment of types). We have never purchased lobsters or oysters here, or had lunch. They staff is so very friendly and there is a large number of people from Jamaica working here and they are super friendly too. Nice to see the support of the Jamaican community. Just a wonderful shopping experience.

Great produce but even better JERK chicken
Aug 2019
Beth's has a long history of working closely with a Jamaican community in agriculture. Now, they have a small food stand with a limited menu but while small in choices it has OUTSTANDING jerk chicken of the sort you could only find in Jamaica or another large city in the US. Well worth a trip particular if you need the best produce around.

Always a treat visiting Beth's. Fresh vegetables and great bakery with fresh donuts, strawberry shortcake. Particularly enjoy the store cheese that is available and look forward to their blueberries available in the next few weeks.

Fresh vegetables
Jun 2019 • Solo
In the middle of making beef stew, no onions. A quick run up the road is easy, but parking and short walk to ship it pleasant all the hanging baskets. The fresh smell of plants.
But the best was no onions 😕 that was not end of world. Fresh green scallion s. Was nice treat nice soft lighting. Pleasant employees, was nice change from local stores.
I don't go to beth's alot, but every time I go i feel i have stepped back to a simple time.
This being said I am pretty sure onions is only thing they didn't have.
The asparagus was beautiful.
Perhaps next week.☺.
