The place is around 2:30 hour from mysore after somanathpur temple takes around one hour . The end road is very bad. It’s a dry place , hot air always . Better to have a umbrella and shades . Eateries are good . Toilet is also there with parking . Falls is awesome , recommended from July to november…

This places opens only 9 am to 5 pm only. Hotels are not good in this area. Be careful your foods in monkeys.1 to 2 hours enough to this places

The water level was very scanty. The viewing spot and entry facilities are good. Few shops for refreshments are available.

Visited Barachukki falls with friends.. Great view of Falls spread across.. View point was maintained neat and clean. Steps to reach the bottom of the Falls have been closed (May be due to security reasons)

Some arrangements re made for parking, toilets, some kids activity and also for relaxing and enjoying the great waterfall view. The way down to the falls is blocked and heard its been an year since. So not much activity to do other than watching the natures greatness on such rainy season and clicking few snaps. There is some entrance fee collected for no reason. On the whole its worth spending half an hour to one hour max.…
