I got 2 scoops and they were HUGE. Nice options but not an exclusive ice cream place. They do hamburgers, pizza too. Nice picnic tables on the side where you can eat with your dog.

We visited this little café for a late lunch one day and came back for desserts every night. The food was delicious! The food at this little café, especially the "chow-da", was better than the expensive restaurant across the street(Dry dock ). We were very happy with our experience here. The only negative was that the ice cream was a... More

We visited this little café for dinner and came back again the next day for dessert. The pizza was good. Salad had great vegetables in it. Service was friendly. Owners are welcoming...and quite frankly...Awesome! But the real treat at this place is dessert. We had chocolate chip and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Plus ice cream, coconut macaroons and caramel apple... More

Our B and B hostess recommended this cafe for dessert and indeed she was spot on. The blueberry pie and apple pie are both out of this world! If your travels take you anywhere near Southwest Harbor this is a " do not miss" cafe that makes you feel right at home!

This little spot off the Main Street is a nice quaint spot. Service was friendly and relatively speedy. Food was adequate but portion very small. We did not have ice cream but this seems to be the common item ordered.

The lobster roll is awesome. The Cole slaw is great. The blueberry pie is 2-3" tall. It is worth the trip to Southwest Harbor even though we are staying in Bar Harbor.

This is a place where the owners and employees know how to take care of you. We had fantastic food that met our wide variety of tastes -- fried clam basket, veggie pizza, lobster bisque, etc. Enjoy the picnic tables out on the side of the cafe if it's nice out and enjoy the people watching while you eat. We just enjoyed a wonderful meal and dessert and can't wait to return and try more of the superb fare at this cafe! Frances is the lovely owner who took time to talk with us and make us feel at home. It is obvious that she and her employees try to extend to guests a feeling of being at home.... More

The apple and blueberry pie were both fantastic. The toasted coconut ice cream is the best coconut ice cream that I have ever had to eat. The owner and staff make it a most enjoyable stop in Southwest Harbor.

Stopped in for a late lunch. It was 2:30 and there was standing room only so we knew this must be a good place to eat! My kids had ice cream--lots of choices and big scoops. I had the meatloaf special to go--delicious. During my wait I watched the very pleasant staff and watched them dish out huge pieces of... More
