Shady walk in woods along river called River Run, very nice. Park is not too big but a few loop trails and a moderate work out.

This is a woody hiking area located near the water. The water is easy to see through the trees as you hike. The hiking path is hilly and shaded. This is a very enjoyable hike in the afternoon.

We wind up seeing different things on different days, even on the same trail. Good trail running, bike riding is definitely for the older kids, fun streams.

There is variety here from easy to difficult hiking. The trails include Hamilton House and the site where cows were introduced into North America. Trails also go along river separating New Hampshire and Maine.

The trails give you a number of options: head up to the Hamilton House for a stroll in the gardens, enjoy the grounds. The full loop trail starts along the river, circles back through the woods. If you want a shorter walk, several trails cut...More

We were almost the only ones in the woods except for a woman, her baby, and a dog. They did not disturb the tranquility of the woods. The trails were pretty easy except for the tree roots in some spots. On the ground, there were...More
