Nice small sandy beach with easy access from the boardwalk. Nice granite stairs to access the beach. Nice views of the harbor and plenty of boats. A few benches at on top of the bank overlooking the beach.

Small beach area just down from Archer's on the Pier. There are benches to sit on up top, or sit on the sand or rocks down near the water. The view is awesome.

We went to this beach/park for the primary reason of seeing the "Ridin' The Rails to Rockland" sculpture. Local resident Jay Sawyer created this sculpture from railroad ties collected from all over the state. It has been beautifully situated overlooking the bay.

Great for children but be sure they have some kind of water shoe on as it is very rocky and has lots of little shells (really hurt my feet!). The kids had fun but it was low tide and there was lots of seaweed. It's a pretty beach, has tide pools and has come picnic tables up at top and under some trees. Some tables will give you line of sight of the beach. Has some limited parking too. …

Very small beach. Quiet. We were the only two on it. We had so much fun finding TONS of sea glass. We couldn't believe how much there was on such a little beach. It's right in downtown Rockland.
