All of the tours are as good as the Guide. Silly jokes but all in good fun. The microphone was very clear sounding and easily understood with some of the vinyl windows open. I've never done the water-land tours. Actually, I am glad I did because I never would have seen the

Brian, we appreciate your honest feedback. As our guides do encourage, younger children may sit on their parents' laps for a clearer view. Thank you for understanding that their hanging onto the outside rail is just dangerous and we always put safety first. Though we do respect your experience and review, we have hosted thousands and thousands of young children over 15 years aboard m/v Bufflehead with great success and satisfaction for the whole family!

A few hours before the tour, I received a call that the tour had been cancelled due to some mechanical difficulties. We made a quick change of plans and ended up at the Portland Head Lighthouse. Probably that was a better choice for our time and low cost. Fortunately our refund
