This was an amazingly informative and deliciously fun way to explore the Old Port of Portland during our short visit here. Our tour guide Chris was charismatic, interesting, interactive and knowledgeable about the vast culinary life in this sweet little city. We had our fill and everything was delightful! Thank you so much for a great experience overall. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent find! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us to seven different local establishments for food and drink. We would recommend not doing this on the last day of your visit - there were many places where we wanted to go back and spend more time but had to leave. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I thought this would be fun to do for our 1st year wedding anniversary and our tour guide, Chris, made it extra special for us. The food was awesome (chowder, lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese, fried dough) and Chris went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He recommended great (and... More

My adult daughter and I experienced the lobster lunchtime crawl with Bri as our guide. We learned about Portland from a native and enjoyed delicious tastings at local businesses. Bri was so informative and pleasant to be with!

We had the pleasure of participating in the Culinary Walking Tour of Foodie Tours today! Our guide, Stephanie, was excellent.....knowledgeable, energetic, personable, and entertaining. We learned a little history of Portland as we walked the cobbled streets, and learned about food production and preparation as we visited various food establishments to sample a variety of delicious offerings.....lobster Mac and cheese,... Apparently they only had the 2 of us booked and "would operate at a loss" so cancelled the tour 2 hours prior. We offered to pay more for a private tour which was declined. Maybe be more specific and indicate minimum numbers for tours on your website. Never in all my years of traveling have I had a tour operator... More

We had a tour with Randy who was outstanding in providing a ton of information, great humor, and very connected with the group. There were 3 families on this tour, with the youngest participant being in her teens. The places we visited provided a great spectrum of foods, from grilled fish, fruit with savory dipping sauces, fine artisan cheeses, scones,... More

Wonderful tour that I would recommend highly. Stephanie was great - knowledgable, fun, a pleasure to spend time with. The tour allows you to understand a little of the history behind the old port area while tasting great food and getting a sense of the fun and hip places to see and eat at separately once the tour is over.

Meticulously kept boat, The Monhegan, provided the transportation with the polite, professional Captain and First Mate at our service. Pleasantly surprised that they honored our reservations as it was only my husband and I on the tour. Wonderful apps on the way out to the island and simple soup and sandwich with ice cream for dessert for lunch. Definitely do... More
