There are some interesting items on display along with a lot of junk. If you come expecting science, you will be disappointed. Come to laugh and examine some oddities and it is a fun way to pass 30 minutes.
Disappointed? There has got to be a more descriptive term for how I feel. Nothing about this museum was memorable. It is a collection of "things", mostly plastic, arranged in no order whatsoever. Save your money. Watch "Harry and the Hendersons" ten times. Don't go.Disregard...More
Good bonding time with my niece who's inner geek is coming out. I have always loved the study of cryptozoology and we both really enjoyed the museum and when we got home she couldn't stop talking about her trip. Triggered me to be even more...More

Very enjoyable different educational experience. Many wonders from Bigfoot to jackalope. Although the museum is small there is much to see. Took home a few interesting items from the gift shop to remember the adventure.

So... I expected almost NOTHING from this museum, and I was not disappointed. My traveling companion is very interested in Big Foot and I am more than willing to go to off beat places, so I am glad we visited. First, there was TONS of...More
I have spent the last 3 months travelling the whole of the USA, almost 40 states. I find cryptozoology intriguing, however i know most of it is fascination and lies. I planned this place as a possible highlight of Portland. What a dissapointment!
