Rent a golf cart by the hour, day, or week! Great way to see the island. Find us by going up the hill from the ferry and taking a left at the ice cream parlor. We are a half block from there. To make a reservation go to peaksislandcarts.com.

This is the best way to see the beautiful island and also fun way to get around town. There is so much to explore and highly recommend renting a cart from these lovely folks. Make sure to reserve ahead of time and enjoy the adventure

Peak’s Island Golf Carts have kept us safe, mobile, and happy for three years running now. The product is affordable and the service is impeccable. A 100% recommendation from my friend and I who’ve made this an annual tradition.

Fun easy way to see the island. Gold carts were clean and in great shape. Drop off was a breeze. Pick up was a little hectic with everyone picking ip at the same time, but not a big deal. Two hours was plenty of time to see the island and stop for photos.

Peaks Island is fun but you need a bike or a golf cart to really enjoy the Island’s beauty. I strongly suggest a Golf Cart. A reservation is a must. I recommend Mike’s and having it for about 2-3 hours. Use Google maps to find the old WWII bunker. Bring a small flash light. The coast road is beautiful and there is a smaller bunker there on the left of the road.

This is by far the best way to explore the island. It's totally worth the cost! Ted was extremely helpful.
He is very professional and very nice to work with.
I highly recommend this golf cart company.
You do need to make these reservations 24 hours in advance.

Great day on Peaks Island…. We booked a couple of carts a few days in advance and worked out great. Short walk after ferry docked and they were waiting for us without and issue. Great way to tour the island.

This is a "must do" activity on Peaks Island. Reserve the cart in advance. A great way to see the island and it's breathtaking views. Really fun. Had a group of 7 so reserved 2 carts. Reserve for 2 hours to give enough time to view and take pictures.

What a great find for our visit to Portland, ME. We were able to rent the golf carts while we took the ferry across Casco Bay. Make sure you take the two hour tour around the island, so much to take in, great scenery.

If you're going to visit Peaks Island, you have to use this golf carts service! The owner is lovely. I was a little nervous to use a golf cart -- first time driver :0 . The owner was reassuring and accommodating. Loved her energy, LOVED this service.

Why would you come out to a beautiful island and rent a gas golf cart that pollutes the environment - they emit more CO2 that a car and contribute to noise pollution.

They should have a phone number - There are only 2 cart rentals. This one and Mike's. Either would be fine if you can find their phone number.
