My husband and I had a terrific experience on the Silverlining! We sailed on the first voyage of the day and enjoyed the wonderful quiet of the wind and waves. Captain Jack is very knowledgeable of the area and wise to let only six passengers on the boat. Great views of the coast, birds and bay porpoise! Would definitely recommend... More

We went for the first sail of the day at 9:30. It was a little overcast but that made the ride even more comfortable. Had a relaxing sail with Captain Jack and First Mate River! Heard lots of stories about Ogunquit, history and sailing. Definitely recommend them!

First the Silverlining is a beautiful sail boat. You can tell it's well maintained by the owner, Jack. Besides that, they only allow 8 guests on the boat so it feels like you are on your own private sailboat. Once the sail goes up you can move around and sit in different parts of the boat. We had a perfect... More

Had a lovely time on silverlining with skipper jack and and his crew. Early morning and the wind was light which limited the sailing but not the enjoyment. Would definitely do again if visiting the area. Great fun.

Our sailing excursion on The Silverlining was one of the highlights of the trip. The owner of the boat and his crew were wonderful and very friendly. The trip was relaxing and a perfect way to see Ogunquit and its neighboring towns from a different vantage point! Highly recommended!

What turned out to be a surprise for my wife on a romantic get-away turned out to be a delight for us both. Having never sailed before, I enjoyed the simple pleasure of ocean smell and noise of the waives. I highly commend the trip. Great cost too.

What a treat! We went for a sail in the later afternoon on Silverlining. What a wonderful experience. The crew were awesome and lucky for us so was the other group that were on with us. This experience is well worth the money. I would highly recommend and can't wait to go back. Don't forget to bring some snacks and... More

Before boarding the boat, Captain Jack warned us that our tour unfortunately was going to experience some rough (630 on a Sunday) waves. The waves were rough, but manageable. The Captain and his assistant were extremely professional and on top of things at all times. It wasn't as cold as people say it is, just be sure to wear clothes... More

Took the 4:30 sail. This boat only has 6 passengers. Very intimate, you can move around the boat without climbing over a crowd of people. The day we went there was only 4 passengers plus Captain Jack and his friendly crew, Elliot. This trip is what you make of it...either sitting on the deck, asking questions...whatever you want to do.... More
