We looked forward to visiting Thuya gardens but an event, maybe a wedding, was getting organized and there must have been 50-60 people wandering around. It distracted from enjoying the quiet peaceful nature of the gardens and we left.

The road is a bit scary but once you are there it's beautiful. I've gone at different times of the year and never disappointed. I love the different places to sit and just be.

This is a small garden but wonderfully maintained. Places to sit. The road up was a little scary, but fortunately we dd not meet any oncoming cars. $5 donation suggested. The intricately carved doors were beautiful.
