Bad Little Falls Park is an interesting place to visit just to relax or introduce the rapids to the family.

What a delightful unexpected find in the middle of Machias! These falls are fast, furious, and worth seeing! Make sure you view from multiple lookouts! Even down by picnic tables! Be sure to connect the Translation of Machias and Bad Little Falls! Enjoy!

Very pretty area right in town. The bridge, amphitheater, and seating are nice. There is more graffiti than I would like, but if the focus of nature is concentrated upon you won't be disappointed.

Runs right though town and is so pretty especially when color change. We didn't know there was a park but stopped right off bridge in town to take a look.

It’s a nice place and I was here in Mid-October and the falls colors were in full force. The reds, oranges, and yellows against the blue sky looked great. And the falls were nice too.

Great history and beautiful falls, though it's built up with walls. However, there is a skateboard park there.

Nice little scenic outlook on the edge of town. I'm told Machias roughly translates in Passamaquoddy as "bad little falls", so here's where the seat of Washington County gets its name. Go see it, take a picture.

Nature lovers understand the importance of the saying “leave no trace”. Unfortunately scum has visited these beautiful falls. The falls are beautiful. Certainly worth stopping to see them but unfortunately there is graffiti everyone. It’s a shame some people have no respect and must destroy...More

The park was nice and clean. Unfortunately some people sprayed graffeti on the walls and benches. The falls were nice. Gave us something to do while in town.

I can help with your questions if you list them. We are very familiar with the area and the surrounding cities and towns. Roques Bluff is beautiful also.
