A candy store for your eyes. Lots of colorful clothing for the family. They even had a display of clothes with mushrooms printed on them that I thought was a hoot. The best experience however, was in the men’s shoe department with a young gentleman named Dylan assisting me. I have a Morton’s neuroma so I need a shoe with a wide box. Thought I would be getting some Hoka shoes, but he suggested a new brand called Topo. I’m glad be did. He had lots of patience with me trying on different sizes and other brands and let me make the decision on my own in the end. I also asked him for recommendation for socks, and he suggested Ultra Strong, manufactured by a couple in Vermont. I like the idea of supporting local businesses and was happy to spend the $24.95 on a pair that should last for years according to Dylan. Went further and suggested to wash them inside out so they don’t pill like some other brands. When I went back to my car, I switched into my shoes and as I opened the drivers door, a guy driving by gave me the thumbs up and said “good looking shoes!” It was a great experience.

Wonderful stay on the Piscataqua River. Long walks on beautiful beach fronts in Rye, Kittery snd Wells. The restaurants were great, good service, reasonably priced and not overly crowded. And the weather cooperated! Only downside was the very very heavy interstate traffic. Bring your patience!

First time here. Lots of free parking. All sorts of tourist items, fishing and camping stuff, etc. Not the real expensive, high-end stuff. But good enough for most fanily type of activities. Got some fun plastic boots. If you forgot an item, they likley have it, so stop by. Entertaining to browse.
