The Stanley brothers were amazing inventors that need more people to appreciate their genius. Photography was changed by their creativity. Later in life they made cars out of horse drawn carriages. Stop by this jewel of a museum.

I had a very informative tour of the museum from a docent. Great story about the Stanley brothers and their endeavors throughout their lives. It is worth a visit to learn this slice of Americana.

Just by chance we drove by this museum. A very friendly lady showed us around. Great to see those historic automobiles. Lots of information on the technique of the steam driven engines. A must see for fans!

This museum is dedicated to F.O. & F.E. Stanley and the famous Stanley Steamer Automobile. There are great examples of the car itself as well as the history of the Stanley family and how they made their fortune in photography.
