My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon sailing on calm seas. We were even fortunate enough to see a whale on our adventure. The Captain and his first mate were very knowledgeable about the area and thoroughly entertaining. We highly recommend this activity to anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect sail hugging the beautiful Kennebunk coast on a small ship(ketch) with a friendly crew mate and fellow travelers. Late day was a good time to sail on a sunny day.. this cruise is an hour and a half.. and reasonably priced .. and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time sailing on the Pineapple Ketch. I was a little nervous about bringing my three young kids (3, 6, and 8 years old) and the owner was so helpful answering my questions while booking. We booked a “Family Tour” because I was told that the winds tend to be calmer in the morning. This was definitely the case because we ended up having a beautiful, calm, and totally peaceful sail. We even saw some harbor porpoises, which was a real surprise for the kids! We all enjoyed every minute and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Thank you to the whole crew for a wonderful time!

We were lucky to find a boat that was still doing outings at this time of the year. They were the last ones, but i’m sure the best one! The captain and crew did a great job making everyone feel comfortable whether or not they had sailed before. They were full of interesting stories and did a great job answering any questions about Maine or sailing. I highly recommend!

We took the private sunset tour for a group of 8 women and it was fantastic. We brought our own apps and drinks which was great. Our captain and first mate were patient with 8 loud women, informative about the area, professional and we felt very safe. The inside of the boat where you use the restroom is definitely "rustic" but otherwise it was a wonderful tour.

We have been sailing on the Ketch since 2009 in August each year for our wedding anniversary. We have also sailed several other times in the fall on return trips, both mid-day and sunset sails. We always try to choose the Sunset Sail. It's best to make reservations as early as possible. Our first year we were out for 2 1/2 hours and the Captain sailed us right into the sunset for beautiful views and pictures. Over the years, the sail has been shortened from the original 2 hours that they advertised to 1 1/2 hours. While this is disappointing, we still enthusiastically look forward to each sail. They do allow you to bring food and drinks on board and also offer soft drinks and water themselves as well as other souvenirs. We always bring a bottle of wine and cheeses to enjoy while sailing (hopefully there is a good wind). On many occasions, we have fallen short in the wind category, but the captain has the option to motor along so we still have the ambience of being on the beautiful Maine coastline. The Mate on board, when she or he isn't working the sails, offers information on the coastline regarding past and present history as well as marine life. One of the highlights is passing by Walkers Point, which is The Bush Compound (Sr and now Jr and siblings). It makes for a fun and informative trip while under sail. It's a great way to see part of Maine from the water and most of all affords the time to relax and enjoy life for a little while. We'll be back.

It was a perfect day out on the water with Captain Jim and Sky, his crew. Lots of great information shared...more than willing to answer questions and point out cool things on the water. Stories about Walker Point were great. Seeing Goat Island Light was great also...enjoy any day out on the water but when the boat and captain/crew are the Pineapple Ketch, Jim & Sky...even better! Thank for a great 2 hours on a beautiful day!

Beautiful experience on the ocean. The captain Jim and his mate Sam were top notch. Their operations were solid and they told stories about the area like seasoned tour guides. I would recommend this tour to anyone even if you have never been on a sailboat in the ocean it’s a lovely ride and you get to see a different aspect of the area. Wonderfully done 😁

The trip was just right. A beautiful day and the captain and crew were wonderful. . Nothing seemed canned even though they take several trips a day. They also limit the number of passengers so it doesn't feel crowded in any way. Highly recommend.

Sunset Sail on the Pineapple Ketch was wonderful. We were very lucky to see the sunset and at the same time we saw the moon rising, It was a fun trip and Justin and the Captain were a wealth of local knowledge and quite funny and personable. I would recommend this sail to all that are visiting Kennebunkport.

I honestly don't recall but if you call/email The Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport where they are docked; they could tell you exactly as they also book reservations for them
