We stayed at Sandy Pines in August 2021, and Kayak Excursion could not have made it easier for us to enjoy the experience. S
Communication was GREAT! Stefan was super responsive to calls even before we arrived and arranged for a multi-group delivery and set us up for adults and children alike, taking special care to make sure that all the kids had proper fitting life jackets for their size/weight. He took the time to discuss the attributes of the equipment and the tidal patterns to safely navigate the salt marshes.
Stefan is a regular fixture around the campground and always checked in when he saw us to make sure we were having a good experience. He even helped us arrange to pick up our items early when we needed to depart sooner than expected.
I wish every boating experience I had was a well run as Kayak Excursions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use their services again.

We have been renting from Stephan for years now and each time it’s been an excellent experience. Always on time for drop off and pick up with the best equipment he always has an extra minute to let us know the best places to go during the week we are here. As home owners here in Ogunquit we recommend him and excursions highly and we will see him again for summer 2022.

I would highly recommend using this company! Stefan was very helpful and flexible with our delivery time when we were running late. The bikes were great and we also rented a tandem kayak the following day, last minute, and Stefan delivered it in time for high tide that afternoon. I shopped around and felt like their pricing was the best.

The entire experience was great, from the easy online booking and Stefan's responsiveness to emailed questions, to the delivery and pick-up of kayaks to Vines Landing in Biddeford Pool. Stefan provided helpful advice on where and how to paddle in and near The Pool. We rented 2 tandem and 1 single kayaks and found them to be comfortable and in good condition. I will definitely rent with Kayak Excursions again.

The past four years, I have enjoyed a girls kayaking week in Southern Maine. We have rented from Kayak Excursions each year because Stefan, the owner, is extremely professional, knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. He is always on time with kayak deliveries for our weekly rentals and punctual for pick up and drop offs for the kayak excursions. This summer he went over and above by assisting my friends with a birthday surprise for me. The half day kayak excursion to Cape Porpoise is always the highlight of the week.

Booking was easy and convenient! Stefan was great to work with and gave thorough instructions as well as advice for our kayak excursion in Biddeford Pool. He made himself readily available in case of an emergency or storm. Stefan had all the appropriate equipment for our family of five-even for our youngest 5 year old. We’ve also rented bikes from him in the past and he’s always had a wide range of options available. I’d highly recommend using Stefan for all your outdoor rental needs for vacations in the southern Maine area. He is the most equipped, knowledgeable, and experienced around.

What a wonderful time!!! The man that delivered the kayak was so informative, making sure to explain every last detail about the kayak and navigating around the pool. We were provided with all gear including water tight protective bags. The area was beautiful and my two little children had a ball!

Our family had a great experience with Kayak Excursions. Easy scheduling, very good communication, kayaks and roof rack delivered and pick up at our house on time along with excellent customer interaction. Would recommend very highly to everyone who would be thinking of using Kayak Excursions.

Kayak Excursions was wonderful! This was our first trip to Maine and our first kayaking adventure. Stefan was so helpful and accommodating. He was so easy to deal with and gave us clear and precise instructions on how to use the kayaks and how to maneuver through Biddeford pools. We had a fantastic day!!!

We were very pleased with our SUP rental from Kayak Excursions. The boards and paddles were high quality, and the tutorial was very helpful. We had never used an SUP before, and it was much easier than we expected. Great views along the way, and we had a great time when we stopped and went ashore at the beautiful beach. Definitely a very relaxing experience on the water. I highly recommend Kayak Excursions if you're looking to rent a kayak or SUP in Kennebunk.
