Located in the heart of Maine’s Northwoods on Moosehead Lake, Currier’s Flying Service is awaiting to give you the ultimate sightseeing experience around Maine’s Northwoods and Moosehead Lake in vintage style. Located here at Currier's Seaplane Base is also Currier's Aviation Museum, which includes a collection of vintage seaplanes, tools, maintenance equipment,plus a couple of vintage vehicles and boats. We have been serving the region’s wilderness flying needs since the early 1980s in these great vintage airplanes of a by-gone era.

This was one thing on my bucket list! I had waited for years and this did not disappoint!! I absolutely loved flying in a seaplane that was 2 years younger than me! lol For me it was a must do! Highly recommend!

Four of us took a 45 minute flight around Moosehead and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. I was in the third row so couldn't really hear our pilot but the others enjoyed his commentary. Several of us saw moose. I wouldn't recommend more than four passengers...More

We have taken this flight twice and still enjoy the experience. On both occasions we have been with two other couples and have been able to all fly in the larger plane. If you haven't ever flown in a float plane, you must try it....More

Great scenic flight. This is a great way to see the area. I checked off flying in a sea plane on my list of things I wanted to do. The landing was smooth. This is a beautiful area. The have some great planes.
