Big Squaw Mountain is home to the most scenic downhill ski trails in Maine. Operated by the non-profit group, The Friends of Squaw Mountain, Big Squaw offers a full service ski and snowboard rental shop,snack bar and learn to ski/board packages. We offer affordable family skiing in the spectacular Moosehead Lake Region with majestic views of Mt. Katahdin and beyond.

Big Squaw is perfect for smooth runs, no lines and the best views around. The price is right and staff makes you feel right at home. We will be back. Can't wait!
