Nice open shopping experience. Very light crowd on a Wed afternoon. Many sportswear and other common brand shops. No higher end fashion brands like Gucci, Prada, Armani, Fendi, Ferragamo, etc. unlike other outlet places in Paris and Milan. Wouldn’t revisit.

Where were Polo Ralph Lauren? Missed that store! Otherwise the usual, Marco Polo, GANT, Addidas, Nike, Lindeberg and so on! A big plus for the free water in the entrence! Not crowded when we visited!

This outlet mall has several shops. Reserve atleast 3 hours to spend here. Loyds has nice and very good priced shoes specially for men. Bogner outlet shop has good selection of skiing clothes (if you like expensive ones).
Before you start to shop, please register first to get 5x -10% discount vouchers!
If you come from Berlin transport here is bit bad, it takes 40 minutes and train RE4 runs only once per hour.

I'm really disappointed, because I'm here only for the weekend and what I found.... For the first time I saw an Outlet that doesn't work on Sunday!!!!
I was so happy that I have whole Sunday for shopping, but... Unfortunately It woudn't happened, just because the shops were closed!

As outlets go, this one is good and organized. Prices are lower than Berlin and Germany's average for the same product, shop slection is good. However, eventhough it is styled like an american outlet, do not expect anything like an american outlet. It is not super cheap. It is worthed if you happen to be staying in Berlin for a long time or if you live here. You can find some decent bargains in the city if you are in need of shopping, but don't have a lot of time. Even if you LOVE shopping, really, don't bother coming that far.

The visit was enjoyable and wonderful, the place cheaper than the shops located in Berlin at about 30: 40%, from Spandau station 3 stop stations by train No. RE4 to a station rethinws you'll find bus No. 662 will pickup you to the location, Bring water and food because they are very expensive in the place, the bus is moving from the front of the place every hour and twenty minutes 1220, 1320.1420

It has both cheap(Mango, Vero moda, nike) and expensive (Hugo Boss, escada) shops.
In cheap ones, you can buy a T-shirt for about 10-20 euros, jeans for about 30-50.
In expensive ones, the prices range from 100 euros for a T-shirt, about 200-300 for a blazer or bag, and go up to infinity for a good suit or a coat.
To get here, take RE4 train from Potsdamer platz to Elstal. Takes about 40 min. Then change to bus that is clearly marked "outlet" right when you go out of the train.
The outlet closes at 19, and hurry to the bus after the closing, since the bus drives once an hour, and if you are late, you will have to wait.

Too excited to do some shopping in Berlin? Then visit the shops in town instead of taking a 25 minutes ride to a very limited in options place. Believe me prices aren’t much different than those in McArthurGlen outlet. Not to mention options.
I agree everything depends on perspectives, but here there’s no much choice...
in Friedrichstraße- Massimo Dutti’s shop offers cheaper shirts, chinos and shoes than most brands in the outlet.
Getting to the outlet is easy, though: from Berlin Hbf ( Central station) buy tickets, price €3,40 one way, to Elstal (5 stops), once there take bus 662, which is free and you shall reach your destination in 5 minutes.
Again, enjoy your stay and nice shopping experience!

Lots of well known brands with great sales... But! The way is long and busses and trains are every hour, if you miss it... Bad luck. Also train and bus are not well synced so you have to walk fast between them to get them both.

Dear Alon G, thank you for your review on Tripadvisor. We are happy that you enjoyed the offers at our centre. To reach the centre there is since the beginning of June also a daily public bus going from Berlin to the centre in addition to the train. Additionally, on Fridays and Saturdays you can take our shuttle bus going from Berlin city centre directly to the main entrance of Designer Outlet Berlin. We hope to welcome you again soon. Best regards, the team of Designer Outlet Berlin
