While on vacation I went to check this out with my 3 year old, on a blistering day. We found it after researching and driving around for a couple hours to find a nice spot to let her play/ swim. Got there at noonish, only to find clammers up to their knees in mud. Gah. Wish I knew it was... More

The bugs were so bad at other local beaches that we were desperate to have just one day in the water. This place does not show up on tourist sites, but is a gem. I could stay here all week! The beach is pristine and calm. They keep the area very clean. It was a very small fee for a... More

I haven't been there in years, always took my girls there growing up. They still have a lot of things to do. Jazz festival. Nice place for a picnic.

This beautiful spot is in my neighborhood. Always clean and very well maintained. I love checking out the osprey nest. It is an oasis to be enjoyed.

It doesn't take long to reach this place and it's so serene and pretty. Once you get there , you won't want to leave.

Thomas Point Beach is a short drive down from Cooks Corner on route 24. It is a wonderful spot to spend the day picnicking and swimming with children and family. The surroundings are tranquil during a weekday in the summer. At the end of summer, Thomas Point Beach hosts a Bluegrass festival that is worth attending. I enjoyed every minute... More

I can't believe that I didn't discover this beautiful spot until five years after I moved to Brunswick, Maine. The first time I drove on to the property, I was not only struck by it's natural beauty, but I was also amazed at the peaceful atmosphere, despite the fair number of people on the beach and surrounding areas. It was... More

A really well-organized camping site, with free showers even. Beach, the food is pretty good for such places, with a very good variety. I've been three times to the Labor Day Thomas Point Beach Bluegrass Festival, and it's one of the nicest festivals, always with a very good lineup.

The only attraction here is the well groomed campsites and water access at high tide. The grounds are spotless, but the staff is not pleasant and the owner, sitting on million dollar waterfront property doesn't care if she is accommodating either.
