responded and arrived in a timely manner.
Automatic 20% gratuity added at time of booking. I think this is excessive and the amount of gratuity should reflect the service which may have been worth 20% but you should be given the option. Auto adding gratuity is just a way of hiding added cost to your prices.

Would never use this company again. Basically left us stranded without a ride home. We were supposed to be picked up at 8:35 pm and received a cancellation email at 8:46. Called the number an no one answered. When I finally called the next day they said the driver that was scheduled had a medical emergency. I understand things happen but should have given a call and arranged for another driver to take us home. Never again

So I make online reservation, when I’m am waiting for my ride the reservation disappears form my app. I call they said another half an hour. I canceled the ride and called another place! And it was 10 dollars cheaper! Over priced idiots!

Booked this months ago for four people with cases after getting a quote for those specifics. A week before hand an email arrived out of the blue notifying a change of vehicle which was smaller. Rang and was told I need to pay more for larger car (had already had a quote for larger car) Money taken from account for higher amount. On the morning guy turned up in the smaller car not the larger one. Damaged a case getting it into the boot of a dodge. Luckily I managed to stop him going the wrong way as well. Dreadful service and would not recommend.

I am a tractor trailer driver. One of the hi5 drivers cut me off, then slowed down to slower than I was driving. He was a young man listening to music on headphones. ILLEGAL. Playing with his phone while driving. Also, illegal.
I will never call this business for a ride. I would be afraid for my safety.

My family and I needed an early ride to the airport. I chose a van on the online order form because we had quite a few suitcases. Driver arrived on time but it was not a van! Asked and was told he knew nothing. Very overpriced for a short ride to airport. Will NOT ever use this company again!!!!!!!!!

Had a group of 10 people and ordered a large van for our trip from the Kennebunks to Alfred Maine. We decided to go with the large van so we wouldn't have to pick up two cars the next day after the wedding. Cab showed up on time but was only a 6 person cab so we still had to drive and pick one car up. We were told that we would receive a credit for the difference between the 6 person van and the 10 person van. I have followed up 3 times since we have not received the credit for the difference.
Overall, seems like a slimy organization. Very unfortunate that Uber/Lyft isn't as available up in that area.

I called Hi5 Cab last minute to get from Kennebunkport to Portland Airport and they came and were timely. Expensive as comparted to Lyft or Uber, but reliable, which is important!

Worst service. Waited for 25 minutes in the cold for our driver that didn’t show up. Called 5 times and when they finally answered they just swore and yelled at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one should ever call here. Never have been treated so poorly.

I went to book a taxi to the airport with them over the phone. I was told a rate, however, when I got the confirmation email, the rate was over double what I was told. I called them back within 5 minutes to cancel as I was not paying that much. That was two months ago and I still have not gotten a refund as they charged my card right away. I have called several times and the person on the phone (I believe his name is Jacob) continues to tell me he will take care of it. Just recently he told me to file a fraud report with my bank to get my money back. This place seems like a fraud of a business.
