They have a very active pickle ball group that is open to everyone. They play 6 days a week. There is a free tennis clinic "Tennis For Fun" for Mentally Handicapped athletes every... More

It's worth the trip to visit the cute town, shops, and waterfront in Belfast. The waterfront Park is a nice place to watch the boats and let the kids put their feet in the ocean. If you come on a popular day/time parking may be a little hard to find, but there's plenty if you're willing to walk a little... More

We rode our bikes here, while we vacationed at the Belfast Breeze inn, we had a fantastic time wading on the rocky beach, the water was so cool and clear..you could see the bottom! We loved this park!

We took our daughter to the playground and were really disappointed to see how the playground equipment has become deteriorated over the years. It needs repair and sprucing up. If you're going to the park for the playground aspect as we did, be warned. We did not stay long.

Belfast City Park is a great park. I live in town and we go there often. It has a wide stony beach for exploring, horseshoe pits, a great playground with a long hillside slide and a variety of swings and see saws, and then the ever popular open running spaces, baseball field and basketball courts. It's a great spot for... More

Pool, playground, picnicking, ocean, and even basketball. The park was clean and there was a public restroom. The kids loved the playground with its many activities.

Went here primarily to look for sea glass at low tide. Also enjoyed making stone towers. Lovely quiet relaxing coastline with beautiful views. Restroom and picnic facilities. A pool for summer months and other recreational activities. The are nice benches to relax and enjoy the water views. We also saw a concession stand offering snacks and drinks.

I frequently take my grand kids. They play on the great toddler park thingies. Then we eat lunch on the water. Lovely.

This lovely Belfast City Park is ideal for children and adults. The children's area is one of the most creative I've ever seen. If you prefer to take a short walk on the rocky Maine coast and look for life in the tidal pools or sea glass or play a game of tennis or basketball go here. In the summer... More
