Smiling faces that offer a wealth of information of Bath and the surrounding areas. You get only so much information from the internet or books, this visitors center fills the gaps.

This is the perfect place to pick up brochures and maps for local area businesses. Very informative staff can answer your questions on where to go, what to see, what to do when visiting the mid coast areas of Bath, Georgetown, and Phippsburg, Maine.

We stopped in not knowing what to see. The woman was very helpful and informative! We ended up going to the dog park to see the Bath Iron Works. We met a nice local who gave us a comprehensive history of the vessels built there!

We stopped to get information about things to do to pass some time. The lady at the desk was very friendly, helpful and informative. The restrooms at the center were very clean.

We literally parked here, talked with the women manning the center, and used it as place to begin our walk of Bath. We visited the old water front, down town, and the Maritime museum all on foot. We had a perfect day for walking and...More

Having never eaten in Bath, we were looking for a good lunch. The visitor's center staff made perfect suggestions for lunch and a tour of the library and building of the Virginia replica.
