It was nice to get out in a natural setting. I was surprised at how much wildlife I saw in a short time. The boardwalks are a nice way to get back in the area. Saw some nice Cypress trees in the swamp.

The pics and scenery with kids was fun. The gators were awesome, and showed how fast they can move. The whole family had a blast.

I never knew this was here untill I read about ti on trip advisor. We took the trip over to see it and was quite surprised at the beauty even thoughyou are right near the interstate. Had a picnic lunch and walked a little.

Great place. I stayed in one of the two tent sites. Knew it would be an interesting stay when the clerk showing me on the map started circling a site that was off all the roads. Took the main trailhead about half way, stopped due...More

Goggle "tubing in Bogue Chitto" we wore bathing suits and shorts. It's really fun if the water is up, which it is now for sure. I've been several times.
