We decided on Pearl River Eco Tours when our hotel concierge recommended it to us. We took a small six person boat and ended up as the only four people on the boat, likely due to the rain predicted. The tour company provided heavy duty...More

We went on our trip last week with Captain John. He was excellent having grown up in the swamps and was extremely knowledgable of the whole area. Took about 2 hours and worth every cent of the charge !

Fantastic tour with Trey! We didn’t really see any gators because it was winter (we saw the tail of one from afar) but the tour was still very enjoyable. Trey is the best guide! Very knowledgeable and funny, and a great captain! He obviously knew...More

Hi: Still working on our itinerary for our trip in October. I hope you can help me with some or all of my questions: 1. Where are the best pralines? 2. Renting a car to see some plantations. Is it doable to visit both Laura and Nottoway in one day? 3. We are thinking of booking a photography tour (swamp) with Pearl River Eco Tours. Anyone have any experience with them - good or bad? 4. I've seen some excellent reviews for Brigtsen's, but don't recall seeing it mentioned here. What...More
