This little collection of plantation houses is so neat to check out. I went here on field trips when I was in school and still remember how cool I thought it was. I now am able to take my children to see them and they love it.

it is nice to be able to see what it was like to live in the pioneer days in Shreveport. Not alot to see but it is still history and knowledge that one will have to know what it was like living in that time period.

If you are interested in a private tour (which we haven't done, but might be interesting) you can contact them at 318-797-5339, or email pioneer@lsus.edu. What... More
