This is a great spot to camp as a first destination heading north on the Cassiar Highway. The lake is beautiful. Easy access to the Stewart Hyder Access Road which makes for an interesting side trip. Some of the campsites along the lake are closely spaced and some get more sunlight than others, so choose carefully if these things matter... More

This is a gem in the middle of nowhere. Beautifully landscaped and planned out campground. We stayed on the lake and it was beautiful. We were warned not to wander around at night as there had been a grisly bear wandering around. We were just traveling thru and only spent one night. The price was right. It is perfect except... We just spent the long weekend at this wonderful campsite and have to say that it is the nicest, most well managed campground we've ever stayed at. We met people from around the globe, and all were impressed with the attention to cleanliness, tidy grounds and friendly management! Thank you!!!

If you looking to get away Meziadin lake is a great place to go, but be prepared there is not much around. There is a small store in the office that has some of the basics but not much. Some sites can be reserved and some of these have power (20 amps). Stewart is approximately 45 minute away but this... More

The Provincial Campground is a beautiful place to stay. You can set up right on the lake. Be sure that you don't mind bears walking around the campsite, because they do. We were there in September, and had no problems finding a spot without having a reservation, but I would make reservations if you are planning to stop here during... More

We stayed at Meziadin Provincial Park in early July of 2014. We were a group of three trailers travelling together and had booked three waterfront spots online back in April. We went with the impression that we would stay at the park and travel in and around Stewart and Hyder, but I didn't realize that it is quite a drive... More

The sites at this campground are close with not much to separate but being at the water's edge with the view of the lake and mountains beyond is worth it. They let us pay for a half day to leave our camper and go to Stewart & Hyder. Easier to travel without the camper for a few hours. Clean facilities.

We stopped at this park, as we were heading for Stewart via Hwy 37A. This park has a lot of room for RV's as well as tents. At the time that we were there, there were lots of people camping, but not all of the sites were filled. This site provides wonderful scenery, in a quiet and serene area. There... More
