Great burgers & music
Nov 2018 • Couples
Recently visited Enoch's pub; we have known the owners for years. Several of my cousins were here as one of our family had just passed, and one of my first cousins
played guitar at Enoch's for years....it also has a great similarity to another name...As
usual, the services great, it was crowded ( 2 for 1 on Tuesdays) and if you can't find a variety of burger here that you like, it would be unusual! They also have a great selection of imported beer.

Two-for-one burgers on Tuesdays, bring a burger buddy!

Cornelius Burger (Burger/Ruben hybrid) may just be the best burger I have ever eaten. Fries and the company are great.

Great Atmosphere

Decent food, uncomfortable picnic table seating outside, and a Guinness costs $5. Monthly trivia night is good fun!

Friendly atmosphere and live entertainment
Aug 2017
Friendly staff and a rich community history make this neighborhood pub a staple for burgers and entertainment. Second Thursday of every month features Bards & Beer, informal poetry/literature readings by patrons (conceived and overseen by a local professor from ULM). Enoch's also sponsors the Celtic Festival every year in October, and they participate in lots of charitable causes in the area.

great homemade burgers and cold beer

Live music most nights, a great local place. Very casual. No children due to Louisiana rules for a bar. Irish atmosphere. Good burgers and a vegetarian menu. I like the nachos (Gonzo). they have a good beer selection and very cozy inside and outside seating for smokers. There is also a room in the back that has larger tables.

Too Busy for The Staff
May 2017
Went to Enoch's to celebrate our anniversary. They were pretty busy when we arrived, but got much busier as the night went on. This was a Friday, and they had a Bob Dylan tribute band playing. We just wanted to eat and visit, because we had heard that their food was really good. We seated ourselves and found a menu. I had to go find someone to take our order. After getting our drinks, someone else brought us our food. We never saw another waitperson the rest of our visit. No refills, no checking in on us to make sure everything was ok (and we did have some issues), and no asking if we needed anything else. My burger was very tasty and prepared just right, but my cheese fries were cold and the cheese was hard as well. My wife said her burger was dry and disappointing. We really wanted to enjoy ourselves, but must have picked a bad night to go. We had to wait in a long line just to pay as well. I would strongly recommend getting additional help on nights that they have a function like the one they had going on, because I won't be going back anytime soon. I realize that the bar business is their cash cow, but for those of us who just want to enjoy a meal, they really need to improve their service.

Best Irish or any pub in North LA or Louisiana
Feb 2017
This family owned establishment has the best service and music anywhere. The burgers are best in the state guaranteed. With my travels, I consider the burgers best south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Just give it a try on Tuesdays where it is 2 for 1 burgers. You will not go wrong.

Adventure and Dinner

A great place for adults to gather for a fantastic meal and beverage and feel as if they have left the local zip code. Entertaining customers and staff, excellent menu options and outstanding bar service.
Leave the kids at home as this is technically coded as a bar.
