Very nice venue for local or visiting art exhibits as well as small plays, music or comedic acts or other entertainment venues. Very well designed and maintained. Small auditorium gives everyone a stage front seat for entertainment shows. I've been to plays, comedy acts, band performances as well as speaking events in the auditorium and have never had a bad... I have attended many events at Acadiana Center for the Arts. The place has a very intimate feel to it and sound is wonderful. I love particularly their Crossroads events where they take, say, a Cajun or Zyedco band and pair it for a concert with a Tex-Mex or Jazz group. I have also taken my grandchildren to several family... More

This is the main cultural centre in Lafayette. I have seen here great concerts like the one of Chick Corea, and many more great events. Also on one Sunday every month, about, they project live an Opera from the New York Opera Theater. And there are many artistic events through the entire year. Really a great place. And they even... If you are in the Lafayette area on the second Saturday of the month, ArtWalk is going on downtown, and the ACA is a great place to see some neat artwork and really experience the art diversity in downtown Lafayette. There's also a little cafe right when you walk in for anyone going any other time of day.

We have been to several concerts at ACA and have enjoyed the gallery and the music. If you haven't been, please go and support the arts locally. If you haven't heard the UL Jazz Ensamble you have missed a treat. Hard working young folks and really excellent performances here at ACA...and other locations, so go see 'em

Went for the 2nd Saturday art walk and enjoyed free admission! Stayed open until 9pm. Great last stop and crescendo at the end of our art tour. Cozy, modern atmosphere and a local gem of talent and artistic flare.

Like other reviews, liked the renovations. Now its finally modern and cozy. The exhibits were above average and wished we got there earlier to see it all. Would go back again to see other performances.
