After confirming our trip more than 4 days out and then again two hours prior, these crooks left without us. The location for departure isn't very well marked. Since there wasn't a desk or chair or sign or person, we weren't sure if we were in the right place when we arrived. My children and I drove back up the driveway a couple hundred yards to wait since we were early. Other groups started arriving and waited with us. Shortly after the planned departure time, we heard an airboat nearby but no one came to get us. We texted the phone number and no one answered until 15 minutes later to say the tour had already left. Then they quit responding to texts. The only nice thing I can say is that they hadn't taken our money in advance. I guess that means they aren't technically "criminals," but my 8 year old twin boys were devastated. The company did nothing to try to right their wrong.

Incredible experience! Junior is a fantastic guide with a lot of knowledge about the wildlife, ecosystem, and culture of the area and has a great sense of humor. He even took the time to explain how to cook alligator sauce piquante, a local delicacy. As for the swamps, they are incredible. We got to see lots of alligators, bald eagles, nutria, and many species of water fowl. This was the hi-light of my trip to southern Louisiana!

We had a great time on the tour day after Thanksgiving. 5 adults 3 children under the age of 10 and Wayne kept our interest. The weather was a little cool for the gators but we did get to see a few of them as well as Eagles and some other birds. The landscape was absolutely amazing and Wayne was very knowledgeable. Definitely enjoyed our first time and hope to do it again with other family members.

Totally agree with the comments from other satisfied reviewers. This experience will never be forgotten. The memories of the wild life, the bayou and of the course the guide will remain with us forever. I cannot recommend this experience enough and would encourage others to take this tour. It is safe, exciting, informative, fun and will provide memories and photos that you will treasure for life.

We went to 11 states in 30 days and this airboat tour through the swamps is right up there are one of the best highlights of our trip. So scenic, so serene, so beautiful and loads of wildlife to be seen. Our guide was very informative and was quick to spot and point out many things that the inexperienced eye would miss. Don't hesitate, if you get the chance, take this tour.
