Lost Piece of History will soon be gone
Jun 2020
This old Sinclair Station held an important Occasion in the History of Bonnie and Clyde it is located on the Street behind the Museum where they ate there last Meal the town of Gibsland should fix this historical place up before it is lost to history.

Sad - Needs an Urgent Renovation
Dec 2020 • Couples
Visit this little piece of history soon because if someone doesn't repair this building it's going to implode.

Be careful as the awning is actually collapsing.

Place has seen better days but still worth a stop

It's cool that the spot is still marked for people to see, but the building is unfortunately deteriorating.

I've been to Clyde's grave. So this was pretty cool for me.. lol I wish we had time to hit up the museum too, but getting to be here was a goal for me. I'm not into all outlaws just them..

Dilapidated and About to Collapsed

This is a 1 minute stop around the corner from the museum. The building looks like it is close to collapsing. Okay for a quick drive by if you want to say you’ve seen this spot.

Out of the past!
Aug 2018 • Family
This is the gas station where Texas Ranger Frank Hamer called back to Texas to inform them that the "deed had been done!" Very A sign posted on the wall indicates where the telephone was when he called. Very run down and dilapidated, yet, it gives you a sense of the area and time that fateful day. Closed to pedestrians, but you can walk around and take in the sights.

This is where Sheriff Frank Hamer made a call notifying the world that Bonnie and Clyde had met their end at his hands.

Must visit if passing theough
May 2017 • Family
This is an old gas station not far off of I20. It is closed and has a plaque on it. It is the sight where the Texas ranger reported in that Bonnie and Clyde were dead. It's right around the corner from the museum.

The Site where Frank Hamer called after Ambushing Bonnie and Clyde
Aug 2015 • Friends
There is a plaque on the wall of this old run down gas station that reads that this is the site where Frank Hamer called to say the job was done after Bonnie and Clyde had been ambushed and killed. The ambush site is approximately 8 miles south on highway 154. It's interesting driving the roads that not only Bonnie and Clyde had traveled before but also the road that ended it all.
