Just finished the Tu Lan 4D3N expedition. Very tough, but very rewarding. Expect to be wet for four days (dry in camp) and to push yourself more than you have ever done before. Not for the lounge lizard, this expedition is serious jungle trekking and caving and will bite you if you are not fit enough, but you will see... More

I've just returned from our Vietnamese Holiday and have been putting off writing a review for TA following our 2 day (1 night) Hang Va & Nuoc Nut adventure with Oxalis. I've been putting it off because I don't think i've been able to come up with the right words to convey just how phenomenal this experience was for us.... More

It is an extraordinary experience to see Hang En and to spend a night inside the cave. The tour is well organized and our guides, Phuong and Hieu and their two assistants, were very attentive and giving lots of information about Phong Nha and the caves in the region as well as the history of Quang Binh Province. What impressed... More

Just finished 2-day trek to explore Hang En and Hang Lanh Caves last week and I think of another trip already, to Son Doong perhaps :-) wish the waiting list were not that long. We didn't imagine the caves were that magnificent - Millions of years are just there, in deep silence, so powerful and vivid right in front of... More

Just finished our 2 day trek to the Tu Lan cave system and all I can really say is wow... I love the outdoors and adventure type holidays, so this was right up my alley. I expected that we would climb some little hills and have a splash in a stream but this was incredible and exceeded all expectations. The... More

If you are an outdoorsy type and are looking for a "bucket list" experience, you MUST do one of these tours!! If you're from Vancouver I would compare the beginning and ending hiking portion to the Grouse Grind except humid, muddy, and in the jungle! My boyfriend and I did the Hang En 2d1n jungle tour mid-March, so it was... More

The Son Doong expedition from Oxalis is a great trip. The Oxalis team has structured the itinerary to be both adventurous and safe. They pay a tremendous attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable and problem free expedition all the way from planning to your last day. The entire team (sales, office, guides, porters) are very friendly, helpful and... More

We did the 2 day 1 night visit to the Tu Lan cave system. I highly recommend this your and this group. The staff are all so accommodating and help in any way they can. The tour was fantastic... Challenging enough for someone fit and not too tough for someone with a low fitness level. The food was great at... More

It was definitely one of the greatest experiences we have had in Vietnam. The cave systems we visited are spectacular. The Hung Va trek involved a bit of rope work traversing across some step rock faces which was very adventurous. We had a group of 5 and Annetta our guide and the porters were awesome. Annetta is the only female... More
