Great experience!

Mom and I had had a great experience at this arena once our seats got changed. We were there on July 30, 2016 to see two Garth Brooks’ shows back to back. We were originally in... read more

Went to the Jeff Dunham show this evening. While the show was funny, the seats we were in were so close together it was painful to sit there for the show. We had purchased tickets on the floor on the end of the isle so we could look right at the stage. The other seating was along the sides and... More

Was there over the weekend with my family for the circus and it was so filthy that the floors were sticky and there was trash everywhere. I had to wash my boots after leaving there to get the sticky mess off of them. They have all the souvenir people walking around trying to sell there stuff when the show is... More

Not the best and clearly not efficient venue. Plenty of hills and steps and steep seat rows make getting to your seat, a trip for a beer and a visit for "relief" a workout.

This facility used to have great concerts from, for instance most of the top names in country music when it was CenturyTel, but since CenturyLink has controlled it, the entertainment has gone downhill with very few country concerts compared to the past. Also good seats through Ticketmaster are impossible to purchase even at initial sales time. A good example is... More

We attended the Garth Brooks concert on July 29. The arena was easy to find, no problems parking, and the arena staff were helpful. The design allows for an excellent view of the stage from all over. The cup holders are a real plus to me at concerts. My only complaint is that the rest room facilities seemed inadequate. The... More

Mom and I had had a great experience at this arena once our seats got changed. We were there on July 30, 2016 to see two Garth Brooks’ shows back to back. We were originally in section 102, which was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. Well as soon as I arrived in that section, I discovered that I wouldn’t be... More

All seats good and plenty of food and beverages. Hardly any lines at restrooms. Friendly staff willing to help find your seats. Can be a bit much on a person with walking disability. Many steps to climb. Overall no better for a concert.

I love going to concerts at this venue. Smaller place, so every seat is a good one. They dont charge for parking!!!! Easy to get in and out of.

Horrible experience. Very unorganized! Would never come back to this venue. They had people in a small gated area like cattle, for 3 hours. The "pre party" area had only water and cokes, and within an hour were out of water. Needless to say, we will never be back!
