This museum displays various Mardi Gras clothing, floats, etc for the Krewe of Gemini. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. One point of advise is to get in contact with the museum ahead of your visit as their hours are irregular. It's a good way to get close to the pageantry of Mardi Gras with no hassle.

We stopped in and the people were so nice!! We saw floats and all kinds of stuff, they gave us beads and a cute bobble head doll. We love Mardi Gras so this was just a wonderful time for us!!!

People running the museum needed reservations to see the tiny place. Then it rained the day we were supposed to go so we blew it off. Half the museum is outside with the floats.

No information other than price of admission available and although the gates were open the doors were locked and noone was there to ask when we could tour.

Happened by this. It was neat seeing costumes and floats up close. Fun way to kill a little time and see some history to Mardi Gras.

this space was closed when we came in the morning on a Saturday, were not impressed with the neighborhood, and the place is small from the outside

We visited the museum as part of a tour group. The displays on the inside of the building were a bit overwhelming at first. The friendly and informative volunteer tour guides from the museum helped us understand the breadth of activity that goes into putting on a Mardi Gras celebration. The costumes worn by past royalty were stunning, and filled... More

I only had 2 days in Bossier City and I was so looking forward to seeing this museum. I checked the hours ahead of time and they were closed when it said they were going to be opened. I called and got a recording and left a message to find out more information and no one returned my call. From... More

I am a member of the Krewe of Gemini in Bossier City, Louisiana. I am not partial to this museum because I belong to the Krewe that started it but because it is definitely the best place to see and experience Mardi Gras in Northwest Louisiana. Come join us for our parade, bal, float loading, the best in NW Louisiana.

What a Nice place and nice people, really enjoyed it. Love how they have displayed all the costumes and beads, they have really built a nice place to show the history of Mardi Gras, you can also see all the floats that they use.
