One of the better casinos around. Pleasant people. Machines well spaced. Clean and well maintained with nice security. Pretty good assortment of machines.

do not use Senita as you host. She acts like she is doing you a favor letting gamble at her casino. I am going to try another host if it is not better service I am going back to Margaritaville were Scott Lewis knows how to be a host

Friendly from the Valet to Guest Services to House Keeping- and all in between - security, hosts, floor attendants, security. If they work there they make you feel welcome. Good slots and tables along with beautiful rooms.

My favorite non-Vegas casino. Lots of good games, easy free drinks, and very friendly staff. This will be my spot when I return to Shreveport.

The rooms are nice. The casino is big w/lots of gaming choices. You can valet or park it your self in a very roomy parking garage. The only complaint that I would have is if you do park yourself the stairwell in the garage smells like urine & puke. Other then that it's really a very nice place stay or... More

This is beyond any doubt the finest hotel/casino in the Shreveport/Bosier city area. Everything about this hotel is first class. You will have to pay a resort fee so be sure to add that $25 to your daily budget. If you happen to belong to theTotal Rewards program you may be offered a free room, however, you will still be... I haven't had a winning experience here in the past 4-5 years. If you play craps or BlackJack this in my experience not the place to go. I go because I am a diamond at Caesars properties and this is one. Just make sure you are very careful.

Appearance, decor, wait staff, drinks, poker tables, different games, clientele, everything here was so much nicer then Boomtown, where I went last time I was in town. Would go here again.

We were impressed at the ambiance when entering the casino. There are several stores to stop and shop if that is what you are into. The casino has 3 floors, not real smokey, and lots to do. It is our number 1 casino out of all that we visited. Garage parking keeps you out of the elements. Will definitely be... More

I always love coming to Horseshoe Casino. The rooms are quite nice, all the staff from valet to gaming staff go out of their way to make one feel as welcome as possible and if you don't feel like gambling, great shopping just up the road. Win win!
