From the history on the ground floor to the cultural upstairs, there is something for everyone. It is a credit to the curator that so much has been squeezed in. A must when visiting Baton Rouge.

This place is stuffed with information in thorough, interesting, detailed displays. You can go through it more quickly if you need to and still take away some good knowledge, but the best thing is to allow a few hours to really take it all in....or...More

The Museum is relatively new, so it's been set up in a way to appeal to younger audiences as well as adults.
