If you want to drive through the campus and have a look - it;s easy. The stadium is huge. Easy to get around. Worth a look for sure. Not far from downtown.

For a day visit, LSU campus has much to offer in beauty with all the old oak trees and beautiful architecture. It is in the heart of Baton Rouge will plenty of things to do such as eating out, exploring campus and Rural Ag museum. There is a casino downtown and the USS Kidd plus the capital, old capital and... More

As a recent graduate from the MBA program, I find LSU's Baton Rouge campus to be a second home. I did not have the undergrad experience, so my knowledge of the campus is limited to the business school and the Student Union, but a drive under the magnificent oaks on a Spring or Fall day makes you want to roll... Nice and helpful visitor's center. Beautiful campus and much changed from the 60's when my husband was a student at LSU. Nice sports store to load up on LSU merchandise.

Even if you are just passing through Baton Rouge, you should stop to visit Mike the Tiger. It truly is a sight to see for the entire family. The campus is beautiful and feels like a campus, unlike others that are located in a busy city. There definitely a 'campus' feeling here. All of the sporting facilities are amazing and... More

It's pretty and big. Nice trees and places for students to sit and do home work. Good stores and shopping, night life restaurants near by. Typical college campus!

This is a beautiful campus - Romanesque with a Southern touch. The main quadrangle is a lovely place to view the campus. Of course, Tiger Stadium and Mike the Tiger are also important spots to visit.

My husband and I are both proud to say we are graduates of LSU (his undergraduate degree and my graduate degree), but it's more than that to the people of Baton Rouge. It's the home to stately oaks, historic buildings, and the best fans in the world!
