Read all the info on the website - what to wear, how long, what to expect. My teen grandkids did it and loved it! The did the 2 1/2 hour tour but it got over in about 1 1/2 hours. But, they had a GREAT time. They have never zip lined at all and didn’t know what to expect. The guides showed them all they needed to know and were helpful with them as they went about the zips and towers. The guides kept it fun for them too. It was a bit pricey for us but the kids loved it as they are teens. Very safe, very informative and very fun.

Family trip with teens. First time on zip lines this long in distance. It was really fun, great views of the Ark and beautiful fall colors of the trees. The guides were very knowledgeable and safety conscious in a clear, consistent way. We did the level one tour and really could have kept going, but wanted to see the Ark in the same day. Definitely would do again.

Our male guide was not very friendly but our female guide was excellent!! Sky bridge steps were pretty far apart, teen navigated them ok. Felt very safe and had a great time!! Best value for zip lining for sure!!

My sister just got back from here & has gone on a number of zip lines in the past. The lack of safety regulations in this is astounding, she’s got crazy big bruises & smacked her head and was bleeding. She watched a gal leave on a wheelchair. I love the ark & have gone multiple times but there’s no way I’m going to the zip line until they upgrade it. They can do better

My eight year old daughter really wanted to try the free fall experience at the creation musuem. We thought it was pretty safe. The first staff member didnt know how to harness our daughter and it took another staff member to help. Once on top the staff member rigging up my daughter did not secure his safety strap properly and accidently wrapped it around my daughters jump line. When my daughter walked off, the safety line caught the jump line and swung my daughter towards the wood structure. She forcefully fell on the lower decking. In my opinion, this was an accident but negligent. I called the manager the next morning to talk. The first manager on shift did not know there was an incident. This tells me the organization did not care about the issue. I asked for a call back. They did but the second manager did not offer an apology, as a customer I felt they did not care. I did ask for more training for the staff. Since you have to sign the waiver and take full responsibility please do not trust this company with your daughters life. I have a full detailed video of incident to show the major error. We rushed our daughter to the ER. Nothing broken. Praise God. Remember its all at our expense if something happens not the companies or employees fault. Dont trust this company. Find another experience.

This was the second time I have been zip lining. Lots of fun with a beautiful view! We did the tier 1 package because tier 2 isn't open yet. The lines are very high(up to about 250 ft) and some were over 1,000 feet long!

Great place to zip - staff was extremely helpful, patient and down right fun to guide us along! Our two teenage boys had a blast and my husband and I (both over 50) rocked it as well. We did level 2 but wished we had gone on to do level 3 - maybe next time!

We did a class 2 zipline experience with a mixed group of middle aged neophytes. The equipment seemed shiny and new, and everything felt very secure. The staff was friendly and supportive. The runs get quite high and long, and it was an exhilarating experience.

This was not our first zipline adventure but it was good. I have never had to "brake" myself before so I did get to experience something new. It is a very pretty are and if you like to zipline it's worth it. I would probably pay for the longer one next time just because it seemed a little short. Our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made it safe and fun.

Thanks so much to Steven, Cheyenne, and all the rest for a wonderful experience (even the free fall) as I joined my fearless son in zipping 12 lines, a 30-foot free fall, and the aerial adventure at the Creation Museum. Highly recommended experience.

There is a ropes course called Eagle's Nest that is designed more for younger children. We saw it when we were ziplining. You might check it out.

Hi, have never ziplined before. My husband and I are about 70 years old. We don't have physical disabilities but we aren't 16 anymore. Just wondered what advice you would have for an older person doing this?
Thank you!
