We enjoyed our first visit there. People seemed friendly and the staff took great care of us. We got wine flights at our table which was nice! We ended up with a couple bottles of wine to take with us for the evening. I would totally return!

I had been the recipient of a brunch package from a charity event for this location. I did not realize how hands-on the owners, Rachel and Neil, were involved in this. We worked together to pick the food from the caterers and then they recommended their wine pairings. The variety of wines produced from this winery was shocking to me! The winery is Gorgeous. The views can't be replicated and my group of 12 friends were very very happy.

While vacationing in KY we had this winery on our list to visit. It was easy to locate and not busy at all during the week just after opening for the day. There were no other customers when we arrived so were able to sit at the small bar. They do have several inside tables for seating as well. The wine selection is generous as I counted close to forty wines on the list which included dry to sweet and white to red to fruity. We enjoyed a unique tasting experience we had not had before with a super presentation. The offerings are a light flight of four wines for $3 or a full flight of 8 wines for $6. Their bottles run between $14 to $30. The tasting pours are 1 oz. each wine in cute little wine glasses and looks like more These glasses are places in a metal holder and set on a tray and accompanied by description cards of each wine and you can enjoy at your leisure and read about the wines. Curtis was very friendly and informative. There was no rush even when more customers came in. Out of eight wines tasted, there were only two not to our liking with our favorites being Wildcat Blue and Chambourcin. They have a resident cat, Frank, who is very friendly but take note if you are allergic as he has the run of the place and even got up on the tables and laid down and then in a chair visiting with those at their table. We were glad this place was on our list to visit as it was delightful and even though it is smaller it was a well organized tasting.

We don’t like dry wine of any sort, other than to cook with. So, it was good to find a local winery with a bunch of sweet wines. We walked in and were greeted by a couple friendly young ladies. They explained how they do their tasting, which was good for us. They get your choices and bring them to you and let you go thru them at your pace. Some of the sweets were very good, some were definitely not our style. We got four bottles to go and I had a happy wife after she suffered through some bourbon tasting. A gem.

When we first arrived they were well staffed and not too busy. One of the owners came over and introduced us to how it works. You can get a flight of 4 or 8 and the Menu is clearly organized with reds and whites dry and sweet. You are given cards with the name of the wine which we used to rate the wines. If there was one I didnt' particularly care for he came over and added another wine to it to make a blend...some were more successful than others but each had a story as to how it got its name. I'm sure we couldn't have gone too crazy but it was nice that we were not charged extra for the extra wine we drank with the new creations. I'm not sure what happened but next think I knew the owner was alone and running nutty serving everyone...and it seemed like everyone was checking out at the same time and coming to check it out for possible weddings. i just wanted to buy a few bottles and pay for my flights but it was difficult to get his attention...a less patient person would have walked out...possibly un noticed.
