Wow--what a great collection of artwork. I was never exposed to quilting before visiting the Quilt Museum, but I certainly have more appreciation for the craft after my visit. I would recommend this stop to anyone passing through Paducah.

We were so impressed with this museum. The space is inviting and the staff is super friendly! We were surprising an old friend and the staff played along to make it happen, they did a great job! The quilts are so beautiful, it's overwhelming at times! So many different types of design and technique. The museum is right on the... More

I was surprised to discover that the museum does NOT feature traditional or historic quilts. Its holdings are primarily contemporary. They show what the best quilters in the world have been doing in the last 20 years or so. While some are still hand stitching traditional patterns, most are using modern sewing machines, printing, and other technologies to produce wildly... More

Great museum. Not too big not too small with changing exhibits so a future trip back is justified. Not to expensive with an option for a guided tour or self guided. I was not impressed with my guided tour.

This was our second visit and we were once again overwhelmed by the beauty and creativity within this wonderful museum. Our two granddaughters could not believe what they were seeing and marveled at the masterpieces. The displays change, so if you've been there go back. And if you haven't seen these magnificent works of art put this place on you... More

If you are a quilting lover, this is a great collection of quilts and materials from across the world. They also have a number of educational programs that are quite impressive.

This is worth a detour if you're anywhere near NW Kentucky. The museum is filled with breath-taking quilts- both traditional and art quilts. I marveled at the creativity of the artists. There was also a traveling exhibit from Japanese artists. Your admission is good for all day, so you can enjoy lunch at one of the nearby local restaurants and... More

Amazing quilts! There is truly something to see for everyone here. The stitching and the stories are so inspiring. Some quilts took a few years while others were incredibly done in under a month. All colors, sizes and styles. There was even a hockey quilt I wished I could take a picture of for my nephews, but no photographs allowed.

This is a must but was a little disappointed not to see older quilts on display. I guess they change their exhibits to allow rotation of quilts. There is a lot of Quilt Art in there, very creative pieces. Interesting.
